Gran relación calidad precio. Servicio muy amable y atento, y desayunos y cenas no muy variados pero de calidad.

El aparcamiento, en el hotel no fue posible, y en la calle es de pago y si no tienes suerte, bastante alejado de hotel. La wifi funciona muy deficientemente, y dados los precios de la telefonía movil en Andorra, es un aspecto q deberían cuidar mas.

Hotel muy bien situado, al lado de las pistas y de una tienda de alquiler de material (en la que te hacen descuento por alojarte en el hotel). Habitaciones amplias y limpias. El spa es pequeño (un jacuzzi, una sauna y una piscina) y en hora punta se satura de gente, pero suficiente para relajar el cuerpo después de un día de esquí. Comida del buffet muy buena. A destacar: el personal del hotel muy amable y servicial.

La calefacción de nuestra habitación no funcionaba. Estuvimos a la espera de que la arreglaran y al tercer día nos cambiaron a otra habitación (más pequeña, la tele funcionaba mal, y la ventana con vistas "a un gran muro")

Me ha gustado la ubicación, a 40m de un acceso a las pistas (además justo en la tienda que hay al lado del acceso a pistas puedes alquilar material y comprar el forfait sin tener que bajar hasta las taquillas). La comida esta bastante bien y variada. El personal muy amable.

No me ha gustado la televisión, no tenía TDT y solo se cogían canales analógicos, muy pocos y con muy mala calidad, vamos, que no se podía ver la tele, algo que no me parece muy normal en un Hotel de 4 estrellas. El Spa es muy muy pequeño, por lo que rápidamente se llena y apenas se puede disfrutar.
