7 Lucía Travelled with couple January 2018 Overall the hotel is good. It offers a fairly comprehensive, simple and comfortable service.

En general el hotel está bien. Con un servicio bastante completo, sencillo y cómodo.

Some services could be improved. We had problems with the room key several times. Regarding the Iberian cold meat platter included in the offer... The quality wasn’t the best, but the service was awful. They prepared it at the reception desk (they opened the plastic tray with the fuet right there, like a supermarket pack) instead of in the kitchen, and we even had to carry it up to our room ourselves. It was quite ridiculous.

Algunos servicios podrían mejorar. Tuvimos problemas con la tarjeta de la habitación varias veces. Respecto a la tapa de ibéricos que nos entraba en la oferta... Vale que la calidad no era la mejor, pero el servicio fue pésimo. Nos la prepararon en el mismo mostrador de recepción (abrieron allí mismo la bandeja de plástico con el fuet cortado como las bandejas del supermercado) pudiendo hacerlo en la cocina y encima, nos tocó subirla a nosotros mismos a nuestra habitación. Fue bastante ridículo.

What we didn’t like at all was the dinner on the day of arrival (IT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE DEAL). We stayed at the hotel because it was late and, being in an industrial area, we weren’t sure we would find other restaurants. So, the dinner... INEDIBLE. Not even the pizzas were fit to eat; the pork loin sandwich with cheese had raw bread and no tomato or oil; the curry chicken only came with chips... in short, not recommended.
