La atención del personal, sobretodo Dina (camarera del buffet) y la zona del jacuzzi a pesar de la masificación por la tarde.

Las habitaciones muy ruidosas, bastante frias y con olor a tabaco. Extensas colas para acceder al buffet en las noches. Iba con mis hijas, una de ellas alérgica a la lactosa y en uno de los desayunos tube que pedir leche sin lactosa porque no pusieron. No pusieron regalo bienvenida en la habitación.

La localización dentro de Tossa de Mar es adecuada. Aunque no se encuentra al lado mismo de la playa no está a una distancia tal que impida ir dando un corto paseo. Al mismo tiempo el emplazamiento facilita el poder llegar directamente hasta el hotel o utilizarlo como punto de partida de alguna excursión. Aunque las habitaciones estén un poco desfasadas, al igual que la mayoría de hoteles de la zona, el precio que nos salió a nosotros le confiere una relación calidad precio muy buena. Por menos de 100€ conseguimos una habitación doble para dos personas durante dos días en la que se incluía la media pensión y el uso de la piscina del hotel. A nuestra llegada el hotel nos regaló una botella de cava a modo de bienvenida. El buffet resultó adecuado y suficientemente variado teniendo el cuenta que entraba dentro de nuestro paquete. Al terminar la cena existe animación dentro del hotel con música en directo. En nuestro caso no se adaptaba a lo que nos interesaba pero es posible que a mucha gente sí.

Las habitaciones son un poco antiguas y la insonorización es mas bien inexistente. Aunque, en nuestro caso las noches hayan sido silenciosas, el paso del resto de clientes por los pasillo se oye perfectamente dentro de la habitación. El buffet resultó adecuado y suficientemente variado teniendo el cuenta que entraba dentro de nuestro paquete. El problema es la cantidad de comensales que se acercan a la misma hora para cenar provocando colas de unos 30 minutos o puede que mas. Eso sí, el zumo de naranja del buffet de desayuno resultó ser el peor que haya probado en mi vida. Es el único "alimento" sobre el que puedo mostrar alguna pega. Aunque el emplazamiento es adecuado, por la libertad de movimiento dentro de Tossa de Mar o las salidas a las distintas ciudades de la provincia, es realmente difícil aparcar sin perder un riñón en el intento. Nosotros estuvimos durante un fin de semana de Octubre y la zona azul seguía operando como en temporada alta. (3€/h aprox).
