Íbamos buscando un hotel con toboganes y en cuanto a los toboganes , expectativa mas que superada.

It is an old hotel, they have changed the room doors to new ones and it is noticeable that the reception has been made a bit more modern, but nothing more. To be a 4-star hotel, very basic, not even a fridge in the room, the air conditioning could not be adjusted, simply on or off. The car park is a disaster. They tell us there are few spaces and you cannot reserve, that we should keep going to reception to ask and when there are departures they would give it to us. We went several times during the day and they always said there were none. That the departures were left at the water park and they could not know when they would leave. Finally, they tell us to come back the next day. We come back the next day and they tell us they gave the spot to some people who had just arrived, that they had been in the hotel for 9 days and we only for 4. I find it shameful. A complete 0 for the car park issue. I will not return to this hotel.

Pasamos varias veces durante el día y siempre nos decían que no había. Que las salidas se habían quedado en el parque acuático y no podían saber cuando se irían. Finalmente nos dicen que pasemos al día siguiente. Pasamos al día siguiente y. Os dicen que la plaza se la han dado a unas personas que acaban de entrar, que ellos estaban 9 dias en el hotel y nosotros solo 4. Me parece vergonzoso. El tema parquin un 0 rotundo.
