5.8 Susana Travelled with family August 2022 The room is spacious, the beds are relatively comfortable, the staff is friendly, there is a farm bar right next door, the bathroom is not bad, there is a fridge in the room.
La habitación es amplia , las camas relativamente cómodas, el personal amable, hay una granja bar justo al lado , el baño no está mal, hay nevera en la habitacion.
They have not cleaned or replaced material not a single day. There is little soundproofing.
No han limpiado ni repuesto material ni un solo dia. Hay poca insonorizacion.

Very small quadruped room with a tiny closet without hangers and dirty bands, windows overlooking a small courtyard no air entered much heat in the room and no air conditioning. It was very noisy and you could hear all the conversations. The cleanliness a horror they did not clean only made the bed and changed towels. And only one elevator for nothing is a three stars. Not recommended.

Basic 6 Noelia Travelled with family August 2021 Rooms need a lot of cleaning, in general the hotel itself. The rooms are normal but for a three star hotel they are not very well conditioned. Ours was an interior room. I would not repeat as we came from another 3 star hotel and it had nothing to do with this one.
Habitaciones necesitan muchísima limpieza, en general el hotel en sí. Las habitaciones normales pero para ser un tres estrellas no lo veo muy bien acondicionados. La nuestra era a un partió interior. Sintiéndolo mucho no repetiría ya que veníamos de otro hotel de 3 estrellas y no tenia nada que ver con este.

Cuando nos dieron la habitación.. El suelo estaba levantado, la taza del váter rota, la calefacción no iba y hacia un frío que no veas, nos cambiaron la habitación después de quejarnos 2 veces de las condiciones de la habitación, nos dieron una habitación un poco más grande pero la calefacción tampoco iba.
