About the accommodation

Hotel El Paso 4* is just a 15-minute walk from the beach and is styled in the style of a traditional Mexican hacienda, with Aztec-inspired décor.

The accommodation has an outdoor pool that is surrounded by sun loungers and has a sunken pirate ship in the center. There are also children's pools if you are traveling with children :-)
For a surcharge you can enjoy access to the Wellness spa of Hotel PortAventura and Hotel Caribe.

The hotel consists of several buildings distributed around a central area with gardens, terraces and irresistible crystal clear pools. In addition, it has air conditioning, heating, 24-hour reception, car park, WiFi connection, bar-restaurant and so much more!

Las habitaciones son muy oscuras con muy poca luz prácticamente no se ve nada. Los desayunos del hotel aceptables pero la cena muy poca variedad y muy mala calidad. En la habitación no había ni una triste nevera para tener agua fría. Los servicios e instalaciones del hotel aceptables pero la habitación muy deficiente.

El personal muy atento aunque era escaso. La comida del buffet de cenar es un poco pobre. El agua del grifo entra gratis. Está muy cerca del parque y puedes aparcar en el recinto del hotel gratis. Puedes acceder al parque un rato antes. Si tienes PC tienes q comer en el parque no hay opción de comer en el hotel. Calidad precio razonable
Un poco dejadas las habitaciones. La cisterna del WC no funcionaba, cuando llegamos tarde del parque para bajar a recepción a que la arreglaran. Habían toallas para una persona y media. Y éramos tres.

La cama era muy grande 1.80 de ancho dormimos los tres bastante bien ( la supletoria el colchón era demasiado fino pa niños quizás...), el buffet tanto cena como desayuno en mi opinión muy bien y personal muy amable al menos la chica de pelo corto que nos recibió para darnos las entradas habitación un amor con nuestra niña.
La habitación se veía vieja y no parecía demasiado limpia... ( Tampoco estaba sucia ,pero .. ) Encima tuve que sacar al pasillo una inquilina inesperada ( pedazo araña 😝)

Port Aventura, una decepción, ya no es lo que era y no vale la pena ir. Horas y horas de cola en todas las atracciones, acabas pagando para subirte solo en 3/4 cosas. Espectáculos super cutres, no como antes que estaban super currados. Comer dentro del parque es carísimo. 3 personas, 70€. Para ver algo de Halloween has de pagar aparte, no es suficiente con lo que cuesta ya la entrada. En fin, un robo, no volvemos mas al parque.

La limpieza era correcta y la esperada.
Hacía mucho frío en el comedor buffet por la noche. No tenían la calefacción puesta y la puerta estaba abierta. Tuvimos que cenar con la chaqueta puesta, la verdad muy incómodo y nada confortable. Los platos para coger estaban chorreando de agua y muchos sucios, con restos de comida. Un asco.. ¿que pasa que no limpian los platos? Solo les pasan agua? El tema de las habitaciones comentar que se escucha todo, mucho ruido, oíamos hablar al de la habitación de al lado. El altavoz del pasillo que da acceso a las habitaciones tiene muy fuerte la música, lo comentemos en recepción y nos dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada. Es algo que no se entiende. No buscaron solución y encima se desentendieron como si el problema no fuera con ellos. Me trajeron 2 veces una bebida que no había pedido a la mesa, les comenté que no habíamos pedido nada y no sabían donde correspondía. Encuentro que hay mala coordinación y mucha falta de gestión.
