Perdimos 3 horas de nuestro viaje porque no nos informaban o lo hacían mal o nos rellenaban mal los billetes para el tour por la ciudad que venía incluido en la oferta por lo que tuvimos que volver mil veces al hotel. Al parecer a ellos les parecía divertido. Incompetencia máxima. Por favor, a la hora del desayuno NO OLVIDEIS usar una bandeja u os llevaréis una mala contestación del camarero no vaya a ser que mancheis algo de la mesa y tenga q limpiarlo.
