The Hotel Eco Vía Lusitana 3* is located in the south of Madrid, in a new residential area of Carabanchel Alto and only 150 meters from the subway that will take you to the city center ;-)

The accommodation has a 24-hour reception, so that you can be attended whenever you need it, as well as heating and air conditioning (seasonal), free wifi and indoor car park (fee).

 6.7 111 y 112 Travelled with family January 2024 Staff; polite and attentive. The buffet had enough variety and the waiter was very attentive. The facilities were generally good. Subway about 5 minutes away. Near the hotel, there were supermarkets and restaurants. White area for parking, in front of the hotel and you could find a parking space without any problem. The distance to the center, we had to take the 11, the 6 and the 5, was about 25-30 minutes.
Personal; educado y atento. El buffet tenía bastante variedad y el camarero era muy atento. Las instalaciones en general buenas. El metro a unos 5 minutitos. Cerca del hotel, había supermercados y restaurantes. Zona blanca para aparcar, enfrente del hotel y podías encontrar sitio sin problema. La distancia al centro, teníamos que coger la 11, la 6 y la 5, era de unos 25-30 minutos.
Room 111; destroyed, corner of the wall completely destroyed, dampness of more than 1m in both bathroom and bedroom, no toilet brush, beds a little hard, and instead of being double (we did not warn them to take it into account) they put two 90cm together (I did not mind) but the problem is that one was higher than the other...the heating could not adjust it yourself and in the middle of the night it turned off or when it reached 19.5 ° so you were a little cold. The chair next to the table, which should have been blue at the time, was now almost gray and the toilet seat was broken. On the other hand, my family, who stayed in room 112, did not find any of these things, although they shared the heating and the toilet brush with ours. I think they are renovating the rooms little by little, because one day when we went down to breakfast, we passed by 119 and from the outside we could see that it was renovated, it had more modern furniture, painted and cared for walls...
Habitacion 111; destruida, esquina de la pared completamente destrozada, humedades de más de 1m tanto en baño como habitación, sin escobilla de wc, camas un poco duras, y en vez de ser de matrimonio (tampoco lo avisamos para que lo tuvieran en cuenta) nos pusieron dos de 90cm juntas (no me importaba) pero el problema es que una era más alta que otra…la calefacción no la podías ajustar tú mismo y a media noche se apagaba o cuando llegaba a los 19,5° con lo cual tenías un poco de frío. La silla de alado de la mesa, en su momento debió ser azul, ahora era casi gris y la tapa del wc rota. En cambio, mi familia, que se alojó en la 112, no se encontraron ninguna de estas cosas, si que compartían con la nuestra el tema de calefacción y la escobilla. Creo que están reformando las habitaciones poco a poco, porque un día al bajar a desayunar, pasamos por la 119 y desde fuera se veía que estaba reformada, tenía muebles más modernos, paredes pintadas y cuidadas…

The same as every year, the mattresses are very old and uncomfortable, they are dusty and they don't spend a single euro to replace them. They do not realize that rest is the most important thing for the guests of a hotel. The breakfast is very poor and could be improved.
Lo de todos los años los colchones son muy viejos e incomodos estan hechos polvo y no se gastan ni un euro en reponerlos. No se dan cuenta que el descanso es lo mas importante para los huespedes de un hotel. El desayuno es muy pobre y mejorable.
