About the accommodation

Located in a residential area of the Sierra Helada natural park in Benidorm.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception, air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi and indoor car park (for a fee).

This accommodation is ideal for sunbathing and bathing because it has 2 outdoor swimming pools, one for adults and one for the little ones, and an area surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers. The hotel also offers entertainment for both adults and children, a daily show and a Miniclub (on request).

 7.7 María Julia Travelled with family September 2020 The hotel is close to the beach and all services. The treatment of the staff was fantastic. The food was good and varied. I had a problem, I made a mistake in check out time, I thought it was later and they were super nice and gave me another card for the room. I was able to shower and pack my bags, no rush and no extra charge. Thank you very much, the stay went very well.
El hotel cercano a playa y todos los servicios. El trato del personal fantástico. La comida buena y variedad. Tuve un problema, me equivoqué en hora de salida, pensé que era más tarde y fueron super amables y me dieron otra tarjeta para la habitación. Pude ducharme y hacer maletas, sin prisa y sin cargo adicional. Muchas gracias, la estancia has ido muy buena.
The bedrooms were a bit run down in terms of textile decoration (bedspreads), they looked old and the paint in the room (it would need a touch up). As for the bathroom, excellent.
