1.5 Sandra Travelled with  friends April 2023 I can say that it has been disappointing and uncomfortable, never to be repeated. From the rooms which were conspicuous by their lack of cleanliness, to having to make the bed well because it had only been stretched. Without a fridge in the room where the hotel bar is closed, without any kind of resource to be able to buy a bottle of water, because there was not even a machine. Ending with a breakfast of bagged bread or food all packaged, with a set of dishes with cups or plates that are not very clean to be able to use them.
Puedo decir que ha sido decepcionante e incómoda, para nunca repetir. Desde las habitaciones las cuales brillaban por su ausencia de limpieza, hasta tener que hacer bien la cama porque solo había sido estirada. Sin nevera en la habitación donde el bar del hotel cerrado, sin ningún tipo de recurso para poder comprar una botella de agua, porque ni una máquina había. Finalizando por un desayuno de pan de bolsa o alimentos todos embasados, con una vajilla con tazas o platos no muy limpios para poder usarlos.

 7 Lázaro Travelled with couple April 2023 El hotel es correcto, las instalaciones agradables y está cerca de la playa y al centro del Puerto hay un paseo que se puede hacer perfectamente andando. Quizás, lo que menos, la comida, era de lo más normal tirando para floja. 7.7 María Yolanda Travelled with couple March 2023 Rooms with their own garden, very basic and comfortable. Buffet breakfast also basic. Very quiet. It is in an area of pine forest, near one of the beaches of El Puerto. It has two free parking spaces inside the hotel.
Habitaciones con jardín propio, muy básicas y cómodas. Desayuno tipo buffet también básico. Mucha tranquilidad. Está en una zona de pinar, cerca de una de las playas de El Puerto. Tiene dos parking gratuitos dentro del hotel.
It is not close to the center and you need a car to go to the restaurant area.
No está cerca del centro y necesitas coche para desplazarte a la zona de restaurantes.

La ubicación
The room had damp in the bathroom, so it smelled quite musty. We took half board and the truth is that the food did not have a variety but besides that, what little there was was not very good either, so I will never return.
La habitación tenía humedades en el baño, por lo que olía bastante a humedad. Cogimos media pensión y la verdad que la comida no tenían variedad pero además de eso, lo poco que había tampoco estaba muy bueno, por lo que no volveré jamás.

 6.7 Marina Travelled with family June 2022 The rooms were simple but functional, and very accessible, they had their own little terrace and were at street level.
Las habitaciones eran sencillas pero funcionales, y muy accesibles, tenian su terracita propia y estaban a pie de calle.
The reception was very slow at check in, to open the parking door they took almost half an hour. The breakfast was very scarce with very little variety and nothing adapted for people with special dietary needs, such as lactose or gluten intolerant.
La recepción muy lenta en el check in, para abrir la puerta del parking se tiraron casi media hora. El desayuno escaso con muy poca variedad y nada adaptado para personas con necesidades alimenticias especiales, como intolerantes a la lactosa o al gluten.

 8.7 Cris Travelled with family June 2022 The beach is super close, is down a hill and you're already.The rooms are like cabins that come out of them and you're in the garden.so I loved that I went out to the porch where you have some chairs to sit.the pool is very well.the mattress of the super comfortable supletoria,so much so that we asked where to buy it.la comida no hay mucha variedad pero toda es de calidad y esta buenísimo.los empleados son super agradable y atentos.los empleados son super agradable y atentos.
La playa esta súper cerca, es bajar una cuesta y ya estas.Las habitaciones son como cabañas que sales de ellas y estas en el jardín.por lo que eso me ha encantado salíamos al porche donde tienes unas sillas para sentarte.la piscina esta muy bien.el colchon de la supletoria super cómoda,tanto que preguntamos donde comprarlo.la comida no hay mucha variedad pero toda es de calidad y esta buenísimo.los empleados son super agradables y atentos.
