 9.6 Carlos Travelled with couple August 2022 We liked the trip very much, the description of the hotel corresponded to reality. The breakfast is a free buffet that offers a variety of food with a choice between sweet and savory. The cleanliness of the hotel is good. And finally note and keep in mind that the hotel is not located in Funchal (capital) for this there are buses in front of the hotel that take you to it in about 15-17 min.
Nos gustó mucho el viaje, la descripción del hotel se correspondía con la realidad. El desayuno es un buffet libre que ofrece variedad de comida pudiendo elegir entre dulce y salado. La limpieza del hotel es buena. Y por último señalar y tener en cuenta que el hotel no se encuentra en Funchal (capital) para ello hay buses enfrente del hotel que te llevan a la misma en unos 15-17 min.
The appearance of the room is a bit outdated, but to go there to sleep and enjoy the island is more than enough. Another aspect to highlight is that in the description of the trip it was indicated that each passenger could carry a checked bag of 15kg, when in fact, when we arrived at the airport we were told that the suitcases could be a maximum of 23kg, which would have made things much easier for us when it came to packing and being able to carry or bring more things for the trip.
El aspecto de la habitación es un poco anticuado, pero para ir allí a dormir y disfrutar de las isla es más que suficiente. Otro aspecto a destacar es que en la descripción del viaje se indicaba que cada pasajero podía llevar una maleta facturada de 15kg, cuando en realidad, al llegar al aeropuerto nos indicaron que las maletas podían ser de un máximo de 23kg, lo que nos habría facilitado mucho las cosas a la hora de hacer la maleta y poder llevar o traer más cosas del viaje.

The breakfast was lousy, one day they even put watermelon on the table. There was little variety and low quality.

 9.3 Inés Travelled with couple August 2022 The balcony and views from the room, the buffet breakfast with good breads and pastries and the outdoor and indoor pools. They were also flexible with check-out and kept the luggage until we left.
El balcón y las vistas desde la habitación, el desayuno buffet con buenos panes y bollería y las piscinas exterior y cubierta. Además fueron flexibles con la salida y guardaron las maletas hasta nuestra marcha.
The only drawback is that the bed mattress was spring mattress, quite uncomfortable.
El pero que le.pongo es que el colchón de la cama era de muelles, bastante incómodo.

Creo que se tendría que agregar alquiler de coches en las propuestas y más chollos por el resto de Europa e incluso Grandes Viajes. 7.3 Mar Travelled with family July 2019 Muy bien situado , buena comunicación, piscinas y jardines excelentes , Lavabos muy viejos, bañeras esconchadas , 6.7 Javier Travelled with couple December 2017 el viaje ha sido muy bonito. el traslado lo hicimos por nuestra cuenta en un coche de alquiler que nos dio muy buen precio. el hotel bastante basico, tenia de todo, la habitacion grande, piscina, el desayuno bueno pero sin lujos, lo unico que es biejito el pobre, pero no le falta nada, bien para un tres estrellas, el aparcamiento en la zona no hay apenas y que esta algo alejado de funchal unos 6 kms.
