La lejania del parking con respecto al hotel, el no poder cargar los gastos de bebidas directamente a la habitación teniendo que tener siempre la tarjeta a mano o el efectivo, no tener disponible aire acondicionado porque lo desconectan en todo el hotel.

És justo lo que esperábamos. Hotel nuevo y muy bien decorado. El personal muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones silenciosas, muy cómodas y bonitas, con una pequeña terraza que da a la piscina. El baño con una ducha enorme. La cama espectacular, muy cómoda y enorme. Limpieza excelente. La comida del buffet muy variada, había plancha donde te hacían carne o pescado al momento. Las dos piscinas muy bonitas, con tumbonas, mesas y sillas, sofàs y camas balinesas. El gimnasio pequeño pero suficiente. Hay servicio gratuito de guarda maletas, con unas taquillas con combinación de manera que solo puedes abrirlas tu . Está situado en plena zona de bares de Lloret pero por la forma del hotel (en forma de U) donde las habitaciones dan a la piscina, no se oía nada del bullicio de la calle. La playa está a 2 minutos caminando. 100% recomendable.
No había oferta de platos vegetarianos (a parte de ensaladas y algunas verduras).

El hotel esta muy bien, reformado completamente, la comida buena y variada, la habitación justa, sin pretensiones pero muy práctica y con un toque marinero.
Lo peor es si te toca como me ha pasado una habitación frente al paseo. El escandalo nocturno es brutal. La discoteca de enfrente es un problema si tienes el oído bien. Entre la música, los coches y motos acelerando y la gente gritando es imposible dormir
