Hotel del Bisset 3 *, enjoy nature!
 
 
It is located in Aldosa de La Massana. In winter , it has a good location to go skiing: it is less than 3km from the La Massana gondola (which gives access to the Pal-Arinsal sector of Vallnord) and less than 20km from the Ordino-Arcalís sector.
 
In summer, it is perfect to enjoy the mountain , since it has a very quiet location, you will be surrounded by nature! With wonderful sunsets and only 6km from Andorra la Vella (the commercial area) and Caldea.
 
The Bisset Hotel is very familiar, its staff will make you feel at home. It has a restaurant that offers breakfast.
 
It has a living room with a fireplace (very warm in winter) and a large terrace (perfect for sunbathing in summer). If you travel with your baby, remember that cots are available on request (direct payment at the hotel). It has a free outdoor car park (and a paid indoor car park). It has free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, connect from your room!

El trato del personal es excelente
The furnishings were new and the beds were comfortable, but it could use an upgrade in terms of everything else. Anyway, for the price it is quite good.
El mobiliario estaba nuevo y las camas cómodas, pero necesitaría una actualización en cuanto a el resto de cosas. De todos modos, por el precio está bastante bien.

El recepcionista super agradable, aparcamiento en frente y gratis que eso en ANDORRÀ es un lujo ya que se paga por TODO. Por el precio y una noche la VERDAD que fue AGRADABLE. GRÀCIAS
HAvitacion tenia roto doomo del armario, taza i toilet se movia, el suelo y paderes estavan escardadas pero havitacion super àmplia en a terrazita anterior personas havian fumado y havian todo lleno de colillas, no havian toallas en havitacion pero el recepcionista nos trajo en SEGUIDA y super amable . THIS to put something but for one night quality PRICE WELL and if I will come back AGAIN if GOD WILLS. THANKS

Me gustó la ubicación,hay un río cerca el aparcamiento gratis (si vuelves tarde te quedas sin plaza)
Being in the situation of the covid, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, the cleaning service picked up the dirty towels from the floor and put them folded on the bed to reuse them (unacceptable), the hair dryer did not work and there is no way to complain, in the dining room people touched everything, there was no disinfectant gel ... I will not return to this accommodation.
Estando en la situación del covid,no existía jabón de manos en el baño ,el servicio de limpieza me recojieron las toallas susias del suelo y lo pusieron dobladas en la cama para reutilizarlos (inaceptable),no funcionó el secador de pelo y tampoco existe medio para reclamar,en el comedor la gente tocaba todo ,no existia gel desinfectante ..no volveré a este alojamiento
