The hotel is close to the beach and it is a residential area where there was no problem with parking (at least on these dates). The most remarkable thing is the very good attention of the hotel staff. I want to highlight one person, Cristina, who had excellent service in the restaurant area.
Hemos estado en temporada baja. El hotel está cerca de la playa y es una zona residencial donde no había problema de aparcamiento (al menos en estas fechas). Lo mas destacable es la muy buena atención del personal del hotel. Quiero destacar a una persona, Cristina, que tuvo una atención excelente el el área de restauración.

The damaged Turkish sauna, the damaged hydromassage, the showers and different jets in poor condition due to little maintenance, with lime and a greenish color. 3° When we ate there, when I paid, I signed 1 ticket to justify the payment at checkout, in the same way I signed another ticket for the spa caps, that is, 2 tickets, my surprise is that at checkout I find 3 tickets and one of them with my forged signature, I show them my discontent and ask for a claim form, they are surprised and make a cheap excuse that waiters usually sign too, a LIE, they showed me 1 that they had signed by someone else, throwing the protection of my signature to the ground. data.
1° Teníamos desayuno incluído y el primer día pedías a la camarera y ella te traía podías pedir lo que quisieses pero no se veía lo que había. Y el segundo día en el mismo sitii si que pusieron tipo buffet. Mesas pequeñas. 2° A la entrada del spa si no llevas gorro te cobran 3€ por un mini gorro que no te entra ni en la mano el personal del spa, no nos explica nada dice ahí esta el spa... una piscina con agua.. templada y chorros...luego sólo funcionaba la terma romana. La sauna turca averiada, la hidromasaje averiada, las duchas y chorros diferentes en mal estado por poco mantenimiento, con cal y color verdoso. 3° Cuando comimos allí al pagar firmé 1 ticket para justificar el pago al check out, de igual manera firmé otro ticket de los gorros del spa, es decir 2 tickets, mi sorpresa es que al check out me encuentro con 3 tickets y uno de ellos con mi firma falsificada, le muestro mi descontento y pido hoja de reclamaciones, se sorprenden y me ponen una excusa barata de que suelen firmar los camareros también MENTIRA, me enseñaron 1 que tenían firmado de otra persona, tirando por los suelos la protección de datos.
