5.3 Francisco Javier September 2020 It is not an area to go with children, it is not prepared for it. It is located in a leisure area, at night there is a lot of noise coming from the pubs. Regarding the hotel very very normal, the food little variety .... Sincerely I would not repeat.
Sinceramente no repetiría..

8 Juan José Travelled with couple October 2019 In general well, but I'm starting to look for hotels that have electric charging for my car, and I'm beginning to value it a lot, although in the Albufeira area there are about 7 or 8 charging points that many places would like.
the first day I stayed in a bungalow of worse range that if they warned me and offered me another 4 star hotel, but I stayed because the change was only for 1 or 2 days while they fixed an electrical fault, they compensated me for that day by not paying the drinks for dinner, well all in all well, thank goodness I took a room overlooking the pool, if we had taken the other wing overlooking the night street party, it would have been disappointing except for those who want to be out in the room, otherwise fine.

7.7 Mireille Travelled with  friends March 2018 I don't understand why so many people complain about this hotel. To be honest, after reading a lot of reviews about it, we were a little nervous about what we might find there, but it wasn't at all what people described... The facilities were fine, and especially for the price you pay, I don’t know what people expect for that price… Luxuries? It’s a normal place with all the basics—for my taste, it was just fine. When we arrived, the staff treated us very well; they were very young people working there. That was the only thing that surprised me—that most of them were so young and working such long hours. That might be my only complaint about the hotel, but as I said, the staff’s service was more than excellent—especially at the buffet. They were always quick to clear away empty plates, pour drinks, or help with anything you needed; they were very attentive and friendly. As for the buffet, we had breakfast and dinner there, and I couldn’t have been more delighted with the food. To start with, there was a huge variety to choose from—all kinds of salads, rice dishes, pasta, meat, fish, potatoes, desserts… They served something different every day so the same food wasn’t repeated; they changed the menu daily, which is great, and on top of that, everything was delicious. It wasn’t the typical “tourist menu” of eggs, sausages, and bacon that many hotels serve—that would be taking the easy and cheap route— but they served typical Portuguese dishes that everyone enjoys, thanks to the variety available—and I’m grateful they didn’t offer that stereotypical “tourist menu.” I should also mention that the sauces they served were all homemade—you could tell they weren’t from a jar. They made them right there; the ali oli and the mayonnaise were delicious, and I loved the desserts—I always tried each and every one, and each one was even better than the last. I loved it!! Breakfast was more of the same—there was plenty of variety to choose from. There were napolitanas, croissants, and other pastries that were very tasty; they also looked like they were made on-site rather than store-bought. There were different kinds of bread: regular mollete, whole-wheat, plain or whole-wheat loaf bread that you could pop in the toaster to make toast. Then there was fruit, cheese, cold cuts, jam, butter, olive oil, and tomatoes—which you could use to make a delicious “pan Tumaca”—and there were always scrambled eggs, fried eggs, delicious chorizo criollo, bacon, many kinds of cereal, and different juices. Personally, the one I liked the least was the orange juice—it had a strange taste—but the mixed-fruit juice was delicious; it was the one that ran out first, but they always restocked it, and as for the tablecloths, some people said they were dirty. Well, at dinner there was never a dirty tablecloth—they were spotless, with their respective cutlery and glasses—but at breakfast, sometimes we ended up at a table whose tablecloth had a stain or two, but it was clear that those tablecloths had been washed—they weren’t stains from unwashed tablecloths, but small stains left by messy people who, instead of eating, decided to stain the tablecloth, and now those stains, no matter how much you wash them, won’t come out completely, and as you can imagine, they’re not going to be buying new tablecloths every day just because four pigs feel like ruining one… Besides, the stains were barely noticeable, and in any case, the hotel provided clean tablecloths, not dirty ones—so those stains were the fault of whoever made them. As for cleanliness, they made our beds every day, changed our towels, restocked the shower basket with shower gel and soap, and always made sure we had enough toilet paper so we wouldn’t run out during our stay; I have no complaints about the cleanliness since it was excellent. We were also among the few who enjoyed the sun by the pool; the lounge chairs are fine. The only thing is that during the summer season, if there are a lot of people, there might not be enough lounge chairs, but during the last week of March when we were there, there were plenty because almost no one went down to the pool, We did notice that there were leaves in the water and it was a bit dirty from the trees, but they immediately called someone who used a special hose to clean the entire bottom and surface of the pool, and two of our friends were able to swim peacefully. To sum up, I have nothing negative to say about this hotel—for the price we paid, it’s great, right next to the area where there’s a lively atmosphere for going out and having a drink. We slept perfectly—there was no noise. I don’t know if people will be able to sleep in the summer when there are lots of tourists, but we had a very good stay and would definitely go back.
My only complaint is that most of the hotel staff were very young, and it made me feel sorry for them seeing how many hours they worked—and in different roles at the front desk, in housekeeping, and in the restaurant. It seemed to me that they worked too many hours, but their service and attention were excellent.

9 Patricia Travelled with couple March 2018 The food is quality, it is true that there is not much variety, but I prefer to put me little and good than a lot and bad, the desserts the best there are many cakes to choose from, the waiters super helpful and friendly, the room perfect for what it is, ie to rest after a day at the beach, the pool very cool, and the perfect area an area full of bars and stores and although it is true that it is not the old area and at night there is a party in the area, you can not hear anything from the room as we had heard and one of the most beautiful beaches in the area is very close walk. In conclusion perfect for the price it has.

5 Miguel Angel Travelled with  friends September 2017 The location was exceptional. We had practically everything we wanted just a 5-minute walk up or down. The waitstaff were also very friendly and helpful.
I was disappointed with the service at the hotel. Not only was there little variety in the food, but they also didn't restock the best items, and on days when business was slow, they would remove the buffet and serve a set menu due to a lack of customers. It left a lot to be desired.

1.8 Valentin Felix Travelled with couple August 2017 The staff was polite and normal.
Personal correcto, normal.
Overall, the hotel is extremely old; it’s located in an area with a lot of noise and commotion, and it isn’t soundproofed. I wouldn’t recommend it for families with children because of the nightlife around the hotel. Cleanliness in the main areas is quite poor. The food was terrible and sparse, especially at lunchtime, when there were only two set menus to choose from—each one more shoddy and meager than the last. At dinner, the buffet was of poor quality and lacked variety. The cloth tablecloths were always dirty, and we had to insist that they be changed. Some of the guests were rude young foreigners who were causing a commotion and drinking late into the night. Some of them were even jumping into the pool during unauthorized hours with their clothes and shoes on, which I reported to the front desk; they took the necessary steps to resolve the issue quickly. I’d like to thank them for that.

3.3 Nazareth Travelled with couple August 2017 The room was spacious and overlooked the pool; it also had a large terrace. The hotel looks nice. The breakfasts. Albufeira’s old town and its atmosphere. Ideal weather.
The room's decor was pretty outdated overall. The TV is scary to look at—it's from the war years. The housekeeping staff didn't change the bed sheets even once; I got makeup on the pillow the first day and had to use the same one until the very end. We made sure the towels were clean by leaving the used ones on the sink—otherwise, we wouldn’t even have that. The food was the worst—poor quality, sparse, and repetitive. Only the breakfast was somewhat worth it. Very little fruit overall. Honestly, it’s not worth getting Full Board; there are plenty of places nearby to eat with lots of variety and very cheap prices. As for the staff, aside from one gentleman at the front desk, the rest were terrible. The waitstaff are poorly organized; they serve you poorly, and they’re not at all pleasant to Spanish guests. Then there’s the hotel’s location on a noisy street right in the heart of the nightlife district—if your room doesn’t face the pool, forget about getting any sleep. The deal said car park was free, but to our surprise, they charged us 7.5 euros a day. At the front desk, they told us the website was outdated and that’s why the car park fee wasn’t listed. In short, a series of setbacks that cast a shadow over our stay. Portugal is very beautiful, but this is definitely not one of the best hotels to stay at. I won’t be going back.
Yo no repetiré.

4.8 Raúl Travelled with couple July 2017
