 4.9 María José Travelled with couple July 2024 The best thing was the breakfast because the other meals were repetitive and the desserts were lousy. Cleanliness, good room and friendly staff is the only thing that I value positively of my weekend.

In short my relaxing weekend has been a nightmare because I booked a hotel that although I knew beforehand that it was far from the beach had a train service that took you there at no cost. When I arrived at reception and check in they told me that they have nothing to move customers and that you have to walk 15 minutes at a brisk pace and loaded with armchairs and umbrella. The pool is smaller than that of a private plot and no control of hammocks so whoever takes it does not let go so you can only take a dip and get out. The room does not have any element to hang bathing suits or towels is very uncomfortable. The shower is an odyssey because there is very little water and it gets so cold that it is impossible to take a quick shower. The beds sound every time you try to change position as if the frame was all loose. There is no entertainment at all, which is incomprehensible at this time of year and on the coast, in short, after visiting and staying in all the hotels in Matalascañas, this is undoubtedly the worst of all. What was going to be a romantic anniversary getaway has turned into a few uncomfortable days. I do not recommend this accommodation and that said it was new management because I do not want to imagine what it was like before.
En resumen mi finde relajante ha sido una pesadilla pues reservé un hotel que aunque de antemano sabía que estaba lejos de la playa tenían un servicio de tren que te llevaba hasta allí sin coste. Cuando llego a recepción y hago el check in me dicen que no disponen de nada para desplazar a los clientes y que hay que ir andando a 15 minutos a paso ligero y cargada con butacas y sombrilla. La piscina es más pequeña que la de una parcela privada y sin control de hamacas con lo que quién la coge no la suelta por lo que sólo te puedes dar un chapuzón y salirte . La habitación al no disponer de ningún elemento para tender los bañadores o toallas es incomodísima. La ducha una odisea pues sale poca cantidad de agua y se enfría tanto que es imposible ducharse rápido. Las camas suenan cada vez que te intentas cambiar de postura cómo si estuviese todo suelto el armazón. No tienen nada de animación algo incomprensible en éstas fechas y En la costa.En resumen después de conocer y alojarme en todos los hoteles que tiene Matalascañas éste sin duda alguna es el peor de todos. Lo que iba a ser una escapada de aniversario romántica se ha convertido en unos días incómodos . No recomiendo éste alojamiento y eso que ponía que era nueva gerencia pues no me quiero imaginar cómo era antes
