Excellent 9.7 María Travelled with family December 2022 In general very good, the room was big, had all kinds of amenities. The breakfast was very good. The spa in perfect condition. Another advantage is that it has free parking at the hotel itself.
En general muy bueno, la habitación era grande, tenía todo tipo de comodidades. El desayuno muy completo y variado. El spa en perfectas condiciones. Otra ventaja es que dispone de parking gratuito en el propio hotel.
The location could be closer to Santiago.
La ubicación, podría estar más cerca de Santiago.

Me ha encantado el trato con el personal, el acceso al spa y los masajes. La limpieza
It's not that I don't like it, the breakfast is still very repetitive (that is, I stayed for 3 days and for breakfast in terms of sausages there was always the same) and the change of bathrobes is very late, and it is hateful for people who have the spa in the morning since you have to put on your wet bathrobe the next day or have to call to get one.
No esque no me guste, igual el desayuno es muy repetitivo ( es decir yo me hosped 3 días y para desayunar en cuanto a embutidos siempre había lo mismo) y el cambio de albornoces se hace muy tarde, y es odios para la gente que tiene el spa x la mañana ya que se tiene q poner el albornoz mojado del día siguiente o tener q llamar para q le den uno.

The terrible breakfast, for a 4-star hotel there were very few things and the things that were there were not rich or were not fresh. I went for tomato for the toast and I got a lot of mosquitoes flying around, super unpleasant.
El desayuno fatal, para un hotel de 4 estrellas había muy pocas cosas y las cosas que había no estaban ricas o no eran frescas. Fui a por tomate para la tostada y me salieron muchísimos mosquitos volando, súper desagradable.

We did not find the room comfortable, the heating very noisy and the mattress very hard.

Good 6.3 Dani Travelled with couple October 2022 Room with a platform with separation between the pieces (lack of maintenance), simple sliding windows that the air moved the curtains (very poorly insulating), short circuit at 3 in the morning (we have run out of light), personally I would take one star off at least. Not even close to the expectations of a 4-star hotel.
Habitacion con tarima con separacion entre las piezas (falta de mantenimiento), ventanas correderas sencillas que el aire movia las cortinas (muy poco aislantes), corto circuito a las 3 de la mañana (nos hemos quedado sin luz), personalmente le quitaria una estrella por lo menos. Ni de lejos la espectativa de un hotel de 4 estrellas
