La verdad que no me ha gustado nada del Hotel, tal vez algo el desayuno, pero no para tirar cohetes...
El personal del Hotel muy desagradable . Tuvimos que dormir 3 personas en una cama de matrimonio, en una habitación de 9 m³ , baño pequeño. En otra habitación 4 personas en camas que realmente solo entraban 2 personas ( camas muy pequeñas ).Experiencia nefasta, no lo recomendaré nunca!!!!.

La ciudad en general y los pueblos de la provincia,
En primer lugar la tapa de jamon que según el bono se tenia que hacer en un restaurante de la ciudad, en cambio nos la dieron en la cafeteteria del hotel y una de las personas de todo el grupo que íbamos (10) quiso de consumición una cocacola y nos dijeron que no entraba en el bono y la tuvimos que pagar. Ademas el dia de salida que teníamos según el bono hasta las 6 de la tarde también nos dijeron que tenia que ser la salida no mas tarde de la 1 del mediodía. Creo que si se reserva una actividad y se paga por ella se debe respetar lo que se reserva y sino lo pueden ofrecer que no lo hagan porque da la sensacion que se engaña.

El trato del personal excelente, resolviendo cualquier duda y siempre con buena sonrisa. El desayuno por la mañana muy comletito, habia bastantes cosas para elegir (tipo buffet) pero me hizo falta que hubiese fruta.
La habitación bastante regular, se las estrellas que tiene el hotel, pero eso no justifica que al poner la calefaccion (aparte de que suena un monton) llegase un olor a cañerias putrefactas. La tapa que te incluyen es muy simplona, 4 cortes de jamón con 2 trocitos pequeños de pan con aceite, y el jamon de 5 kilos que te dan, todo hueso.
