 8 Fernando Travelled with  friends June 2021 We enjoyed a few good days of beach and sightseeing in the area. The hotel staff solves everything in a moment and always with a smile, special mention for the cleaning service, I asked for a harder pillow and as there was not offered me to put another. It was said and done! The dining room staff and the manager are of exceptional quality. Everything is very well arranged and there is always something for everyone. Undoubtedly a very good option with an unparalleled value for money.

El personal del hotel te soluciona todo en un momento y siempre con una sonrisa, mención especial para el servicio de limpieza, pedí una almohada más dura y como no había me ofreció poner otra. Fue dicho y hecho!! El personal de comedor y el encargado son de una calidad excepcional. Todo está muy bien dispuesto y siempre hay de todo.  6.3 Sr_Sark Travelled with couple June 2021 The proximity to the beach. The room was large and had all the amenities including fridge, safe and TV. The staff was friendly and attentive. I asked for a second pillow and they provided it right away.
La proximidad a la playa. La habitación era grande y tenía todas las comodidades, incluida nevera, caja fuerte y televisión. El personal amable y atento. Pedí una segunda almohada y me la facilitaron enseguida.
The dining room is not worthy of 4*, there is little homemade, and a lot of fried and precooked food. In any case, the Covid protocol in the dining room was poor: you put on your mask when you get up from the table.... You serve yourself, touching the tongs, spoons or utensils that the person in front of you has used (and that the person behind you will use). In the face of intolerances, the tongs to take fish and the tongs to take meat or tomato are mixed. It would be better in Covid times to have a person serving at the user's request. Also for Covid issues, it would be good to extend shifts in the dining room and establish meal times, since everyone goes to eat at 14:00 and long lines are formed.
El comedor no es merecedor de 4*, hay poco casero, y mucho de fritos y precocinados. De todos modos destacar que el protocolo Covid en el comedor, era escaso: te pones la mascarilla cuando te levantas de la mesa... La comida te la sirves tu mismo, tocando las pinzas, cucharas o utensilios que ha utilizado el de delante (y que utilizará el de detrás). De cara a las intolerancias, se mezclan las pinzas para coger pescado y las pinzas para coger la carne o el tomate. Estaría mejor en tiempos de Covid, que una persona sirviera a petición del usuario. También por temas de Covid, le vendría bien ampliar turnos en el comedor y establecer horarios de comida, puesto que todo el mundo vamos a las 14 a comer y se forman largas colas.
