It's a cozy hotel, the rooms are a good size, not very big but comfortable, we were looking for a place to go with the dogs and it was a hit! The location is a plus: beach, park, the boardwalk, and downtown (little shops and places to eat whatever you feel like!) all within minutes walking from the hotel.
