I was given a room facing west facing, with no air conditioning. We had to ask for a change of room because we couldn't stay inside. The bad thing is that the hotel staff knew the problem with the room, and even so, they gave us that one. When we entered the room, there were missing bathrobes, water and complimentary coffee that they usually put on ..... On the other hand, this is the second time we go to this hotel, and the breakfast has been getting worse.

Me dieron una habitación orientada a poniente, sin aire acondicionado. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque no se podía estar dentro. Lo malos es que el personal del hotel sabía el problema de la habitación, y aún así, nos dieron esa. Cuando entramos a la habitación, faltaban albornoces, agua y café de cortesía que suelen poner....
