Lo peor donde he estado,la atención pésima,la comida fatal solo momimos la primera vez y mal todo procesado mala calidad congelado y mal elaborado asco sin gusto mal cocinado,ya no eso sino que a las 10 ya picando en la habitación si nos íbamos ya que tenían que limpiar cuando es a las 12 la salida,

7.1 Gema Travelled with couple July 2025 We had a problem with the air conditioning and they fixed it very quickly. The staff are very friendly. The pool is very nice, although there is no lifeguard. The hotel has a good location: it is in a quiet area but quite close to Playa del Poniente.

The lifts are terrible; they take ages to arrive, which makes it very difficult to get anywhere because so many people are waiting and the building has many floors. The food was not very varied, although it tasted quite good. Breakfast was awful. The milk was diluted with water and the pastries were hard. We stayed for four days and the food was repeated on three occasions, especially considering there was so little variety. As for car park, it is quite difficult to find a space in the area, but a seven-minute walk away there is a long hill with plenty of car park spaces.

Hemos estado 4 días y la comida se ha repetido en tres ocasiones además teniendo en cuenta que no había casi variedad. En cuanto al aparcamiento, por la zona es bastante complicado aparcar pero a 7 minutos andando hay una cuesta muy larga con bastantes plazas para aparcar.
