 5.7 Carmen Travelled with couple September 2020 I don't know if it was the hotel or Buscounchollo, but I had a health problem and they told me they would solve it and they were very kind. And the same day of the booking at 18 o'clock, by an email, without even calling me they told me that they would neither change it nor give me my money back.... I doubt I will repeat or on the page, not in the hotel.
No sé si fue cosa del hotel o de buscounchollo, pero me surgió un problema de salud me dijeron que me lo solucionarían y fueron muy amables. Y el mismo día de la reserva a las 18, por un mail, sin llamar si quiera me dicen que ni me lo cambian ni me devuelven el dinero... Dudo que repita ni en la página, no en el hotel.

El hotel es un lujo.
But for a 4 star hotel the buffet is too small as well as the dining room, we had to wait at the door to eat because the dining room was full when we had booked it.
Pero para ser de 4 estrellas el buffet es demasiado pequeño igual k el comedor nos toco esperar en la puerta para poder comer xk estaba completo el comedor cuando lo teniamos reservado.

La ubicación es inmejorable.
In order to improve the service what we found was too limited were the meal times. The solarium area lacks hammocks for sunbathing.
Con tal de mejorar el servicio lo que vimos que era demasiado limitado son los horarios de las comidas. La zona de solarium le faltan hamacas para poderte quedar tomando el sol.
