El propio spa está bien, es grande, te puedes relajar y tienen agua para que te hidrates.

Si estás más de un día no te van a proporcionar más de un albornoz para el spa, es imposible que se seque de un día para otro, apáñate. No hacen las habitaciones y, pese a tener un cartel que dice que si quieres que cambien las toallas, las dejes en la bañera, como mucho te las recogen y cuelgan, así que todos los días con la misma toalla, si quieres más, las pagas. Encontramos una araña en la manta que había en el armario. Los muebles de la habitación son viejos y algo cutres repintados. La habitación no tiene luz arriba, tan solo dos lámparas en la mesilla de noche y una al otro lado, con lo cual la visibilidad de noche es escasa. El buffet del desayuno estaba bien, aunque algunos platos salían sin calentar o se enfriaban en seguida, otros sí salían calientes, pero a día 10 de enero todavía tenían roscón de Reyes como desayuno, no quiero imaginar el resto de bollería de cuándo sería. Nos encontramos con gente un poco áspera en recepción, una chica simpática, pero el resto o bordes o bastante secas. No fue una buena experiencia el hotel, lo único que se salva es el spa por lo que es, tampoco por lo de los albornoces... Si cogíamos las toallas del hotel para el spa, al subir a la habitación no podíamos ducharnos porque no teníamos toalla, así que...

Hemos reservado 2 habitaciones, la calefacción no funcionaba en ninguna de las 2 habitaciones. La habitación individual la ventana del baño tiene el pomo roto y costaba cerrarlo cuesta igual que la doble y fatal. El trato recibido por el personal fue excelente, tanto en el hotel como en el spa nos trataron realmente bien. El hotel es muy grande y tiene zonas de uso común cuidadas y bonitas. El desayuno incluido en el chollo era tipo buffet con opciones muy variadas y buena calidad de la comida disponible, en ese sentido nos encantó.

Las habitaciones aunque son grandes están faltas de una renovación, mantenimiento y limpieza, la calefacción es central y pasamos bastante calor. El colchón un poco blando y las almohadas eran muy finas y blandas, por lo que el descanso no fue especialmente bueno. El spa aunque es grande tenía muchas de las zonas en mantenimiento o fuera de servicio, por lo que no pudimos disfrutar de la experiencia al completo. Una de las saunas no funcionaba, la zona de pediluvio tampoco, algunas de las duchas termales o temáticas tampoco estaban en funcionamiento.
