7.3 Carmen Travelled with family July 2021 Very comfortable and spacious bedrooms. Good atmosphere, very friendly staff, especially at the reception.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias. Buen ambiente, el personal muy amable, sobre todo en recepción.
It is in Vilafortuny, 3km from Cambrils. At breakfast, little variety of national sausage. The coffee is weak. The foreign tourism happens enough to put on the mask. Too crowded due to the subject còvid.

La atención recibida por una recepcionista, señora mayor, con gafas y de baja estatura. Una mañana le expliqué que mi hija no se encontraba bien y le pedí si podía pedir en el comedor un poco de fruta, ya que se había pasado la hora del desayuno y no había bajado al mismo. Me contesto que estaba cerrado y no se podía hacer nada. Pese a que estaban todavía recogiendo. Seguramente, con la edad que tenia, todavía no sabe cual es la parte más importante del negocio en el que trabaja. Todo esto por un plato de fruta¡¡¡¡ Estaría muy bien poder trasladar este apunte al hotel, y que puedan rectificar este tipo de errores con los clientes en el futuro.

from san juan, the hotel is very crowded and at lunch time long queues to be served at the buffet, the dessert is not much to choose from and always the same, the pool loungers with towels and without people and that puts a sign that the towel will be removed after half an hour if there is no one, I did not see any towel removed.
