La ubicación es ideal! Es lo mejor del establecimiento! Pese a los contras si volvemos a Andorra muy probablemente repitamos establecimiento
I only have two things that have subtracted enough to the experience, the first is that nowhere did it say that the parking was paid and we are not talking about 10 € per day if not 23 € per day which is a considerable expense, on the other hand the "SPA" leaves much to be desired and should improve the facilities they have apart from putting a capacity since not being controlled is overcrowded immediately if they put a mode of "reservation" would be a tip!
Solo tengo dos cosas que han restado bastante a la experiencia, la primera es que en ningún lado ponía que el parking era de pago y no hablamos de 10€ al día si no de 23€ al día lo que es un gasto considerable, por otro lado el “SPA” deja mucho que desear y deberían mejorar las instalaciones que tienen a parte de poner un aforo ya que al no estar controlado se masifica enseguida si pusieran un modo de “reserva” sería un puntazo!

Excellent 8 Andrés Travelled with couple April 2025 The hotel itself is quite nice. The buffet food in the restaurant was not bad and the spa area is great. The visit to Caldea was great even though there were a lot of people. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
El hotel en sí está bastante bien. Los buffet de comida en el restaurante no estaban nada mal y la zona spa está genial. La visita a Caldea fue genial a pesar qué había mucha gente. Los trabajadores muy atentos y simpáticos.
The entrance/exit to the parking lot is very steep... The car smoked when we drove it up.... The prices of the restaurant that did not cover our reservation are somewhat expensive, the pillows on the beds are quite uncomfortable and the toilet is attached to the wall and the bathtub, there is almost no space to sit down.
La entrada/salida del parking es muy inclinada... El coche nos echó humo al subirla... Los precios del restaurante que no nos cubría la reserva son algo caros, las almohadas de las camas bastante incomodas y el WC está pegado a la pared y a la bañera, casi no hay espacio para sentarse.
