El personal del hotel muy amable. El bufet variado y comida con buen sabor. El hotel muy bien ubicado, puedes ir caminando a todos lados, aunque tiene parking nosotros aparcamos al lado del hotel en el parking centro histórico cogiendo, ya que en Andorra los parking son todos de pago. Pistas de esquí a 20 minutos en coche y sino hay transporte publico cerca del hotel.
