Todo perfecto. Comida de muy buena calidad, quizá algo escaso en diversidad de platos.
El único detalle a destacar es a la hora del balneario. Se agolpa la gente para poder acceder a la piscina, no facilitan taquillas para dejar las cosas o para cambiarte o ducharte después. La persona de recepción se asoma a la puerta y chilla que nos tenemos que salir, no creo que sea la manera... se sabe que son 45 minutos... En definitiva, nosotros no usamos una sesión de piscina termal ya que no nos facilitaron ni duchas ni sitio para cambiarnos el dia anterior y teníamos que dejar la habitación antes.

Desde nuesta llegada intentaron vendernos mejora de habitación, gorros de baño, albornoz, etc. Nada propio de un 4 estrellas. Al no aceptar el upgrade de habitación nos dieron la 307 que, como pudimos comprobar, da a la zona de carga y descarga de los proveedores del hotel, teniendo ruido y golpes desde primerísima hora. El sábado encontramos el SPA masificado, tanto como para tener que estar esperando para poder disfrutar de alguna de las más de 20 experiencias acuaticas que ofrecen en su piscina. When the hotel told me my booking had been cancelled, you were so helpful and did everything you could to reassure me and worked with the hotel to straighten out the issue.
