4.6 Jenny Travelled with family August 2025 The help that the reception staff provided me at the check-in moment, since my booking didn't appear due to an error, and I had to wait a long time to enter the room. The pool opening is very late and its closing is very early in my opinion. We fell short with the 4 stars.
La ayuda que me prestó el personal de recepción en el momento de check, ya que por error no aparecía mi reserva y me toco esperar muchísimo para entrar a la habitación. La apertura de la piscina es muy tarde y su cierre muy temprano para mí opinión. Nos quedamos cortos con las 4 estrellas.
The rooms and bedding are a bit old, the minibar in the room doesn't work, and the daily room cleaning is not the most optimal. Also, if you don't have a car, mobility from there is not the most favorable.
Sus habitaciones y ropa de cama son un poco antiguas, el minibar que se encuentra el la habitación no funciona y la limpieza diaria de habitación no es la más óptima . A parte si no tienes coche , la movilidad desde allí no es la más favorable
