9.1 Nieves Travelled with family June 2024 The entertainment is the best thing about the hotel. The boys and girls are a delight for both children and adults. For me the buffet meets the expectations, maybe it does not have a lot of variety but what you have is of quality, which is very important. The cleanliness is very good and the beds are very comfortable.
La animación es lo mejor del hotel. Los chicos y chicas son un encanto tanto para los niños como para los mayores. Upon entering, we were 45 minutes in a queue to get our room, after waiting so long they told us that the room was not ready and then called us back. The food was always the same, same desserts and very little variety, there was never a clean table, we had to wait a long time until someone paid attention to us to clean the table and be able to sit down, once I asked for olive oil because it had run out and I was 15 min waiting for them to bring it to me, there were never spoons, if you wanted a drink you had to wait in a queue at a bar to get it, it took a long time to replenish the food, everyone complained. The all inclusive ended at 23:00 at night, and the show at 00:00, almost nothing came in, a shame. We had to give a deposit of 20 € if we consumed drinks outside the schedule, it seems inconsistent. The facilities are very dirty and very old! It needs a reform, the showers of the broken pool and the water came out continuously, I complained to the lifeguard and he told me he can not do anything, with which I replied to call him to maintain that we are in drought and could not see how the water was wasted, but he tells me he can not do anything else, that is, did not solve anything, the hammocks were dirty. Around the pool there are some kind of bars that activate from time to time to get jets, SPA type, one of them of the pressure, jumped and collapsed, very heavy stone, thank goodness it did not fall on anyone. The all inclusive very poor, in the evenings there was no hamburger or dog for snack, only put it for the morning, potatoes and nuts were given to you in a plastic cup, very shabby, I've been in many hotels but none like this one.
Nada más entrar , estuvimos 45 min en una cola para que nos diesen la habitacion, después de esperar tanto nos dicen que la habitación no está lista y a la hora nos llaman . La comida siempre era la misma, mismos postres y muy poca variedad, nunca había mesa limpia, teníamos que esperar bastante rato hasta que alguien nos hacía caso para que limpiaran la mesa y poder sentarnos, en una ocasión pedí aceite de oliva porque se había acabado y estuve 15 min esperando a que me lo trajesen, nunca había cucharas, si querías bebida tenías que esperar en una barra una cola para que te la diesen, tardaban mucho mucho en reponer la comida, todo el mundo se quejaba. El todo incluido acababa a las 23:00 de la noche, y el espectáculo a las 00:00, no entraba casi de nada , una vergüenza. Tuvimos que dar un depósito de 20€ por si consumíamos bebida fuera del horario, me parece incoherente. Las instalaciones muy sucias y muy viejas! Le hace falta una reforma, las duchas de la piscina rotas y se salía el agua continuamente, me quejo al socorrista y me dice que no puede hacer nada , con lo que le respondo que llamara a manteniendo que estamos en sequía y no podía ver como el agua se malgastaba, pero me dice que no puede hacer otra cosa, o sea, no solucionó nada, las hamacas estaban sucias. Alrededor de la piscina tiene unas especies de barras que activan de vez en cuando para que salgan chorros, tipo SPA, uno de ellos de la presión, saltò y se derrumbó, muy pesado de piedra, menos mal que no cayó a nadie encima El todo incluido muy pobre, por las tardes no había ni hamburguesa ni perrito para merendar, solo lo ponían para la mañana , las patatas y frutos secos te los daban en un vaso de plástico , muy cutre, he estado en muchos hoteles pero como éste ninguno

In general someone should check why they have 4 stars. It is an old, dirty and very very poorly maintained hotel. The free buffet is very poor and based on poor quality products and low price (for example meats is basically poor quality pork).
En general alguien debería revisar porque tienen 4 estrellas. Es un hotel viejo, sucio y con muy muy poco mantenimiento. El bufet libre es muy pobre y basado en productos de mala calidad y bajo precio (por ejemplo carnes es básicamente cerdo de mala calidad)
