A good location and it has wifi

They had said twice that my reservation had been cancelled when I contacted them to ask fir a room close to my parents. Despite jump2spain doing a great job to sort this out, I didn't get it and was 2 floors below them. The toilet had wet pee on it when we entered the room. The fridge had been locked. The cakes and flowers were not ready on arrival, so it was arranged to present them on the rooftop, however they ignored that and placed them in the room. They tried to charge 6€ for water that we didn't have when we left. The breakfast food was cold and often run out and I was made to sit and wait for gluten free each day, while my family finished their breakfasts. It really wasn't a great a hotel and I wouldn't visit again

Dinner was supposed to run until 22:00, but by 21:15 they were clearing away and the grill stations were being closed. It was hard to get anything cooked on the grill — the person in charge would leave and clearly didn’t like having to cook. They gave all kinds of excuses. In short, the experience was not good. The four stars were nowhere to be seen.
