About the accommodation

The Hotel Museo Los Infantes 3* is located in the center of the city of Santillana del Mar, an ideal place to visit all of Cantabria.

The hotel was a palace of the XVII-XVIII century converted into a hotel rebuilt in 1974. All the spaces of the accommodation are surrounded by art and history, it is an authentic museum decorated with exquisite taste.

The accommodation has a 24-hour reception, so that you can be attended whenever you need it, free wifi connection, as well as a garden area and terrace. You will also find different lounges and living rooms.

The rooms are unique, all have a different decoration and have different antiques. In addition, they have television, telephone and a fully-equipped bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer and amenities.

The hotel is in the center of Santillana del Mar, we recommend you to visit and walk through the old town. In addition, just 280 meters away you can also find the museum of torture and about 6.5 km by car to the beach of Santa Justa.

Excellent 10 Óscar Calleja Travelled with family April 2024 I really don't know what I liked more: the cleanliness, the coziness, the treatment, the quantity and quality of the breakfast buffet or the quality/price ratio. It perfectly fulfills the 3 Bs. But, if I have to choose one thing, the hotel staff is simply wonderful. Quite the opposite of the coldness and impersonality of the big chains where it was just a number: the one in your room. Here, the opposite is true. As an example, one of the afternoons, my wife, my daughter and I were out for a walk and, seeing us with only one umbrella, they lent us one without asking for it. 10/10
Realmente, no sé qué me ha gustado más: la limpieza, lo acogedor, el trato, la cantidad y calidad del buffet del desayuno o la relación calidad/precio. Cumple perfectamente con los 3 Bs. Pero, si me tengo que quedar con algo, el personal del hotel es, sencillamente, maravilloso. Todo lo contrario a la frialdad e impersonalidad de las grandes cadenas donde sólo era un número: el de tu habitación. Aquí, todo lo contrario. Como ejemplo, una de las tardes, salíamos a dar un paseo mi mujer, mi hija y yo y, al vernos con un solo paraguas, nos prestaron uno sin pedírselo. 10/10

They offer you all the information you need at reception and at the breakfast buffet (very generous) they accompany you the first day explaining how it works and showing you where everything is.
