7.3 Fernando Travelled with family September 2020 The hotel facilities are good (swimming pool, bar, playground,...). Super attentive and friendly staff. The room is spacious and has everything you need.

Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas (piscina, bar, parque infantil,...) Personal super atento y amable. La habitación espaciosa y con todo lo necesario.

A pity that the spectacular pool is so poorly maintained with black algae all over it. The food also left much to be desired. Very repetitive and with some exceptions quite regular. Regarding the management of the covid, there was gel and gloves everywhere but it is true that in the dining room the distance was not respected and with buffet style food I do not see it very safe.

Una pena que la piscina tan espectacular que tiene este tan mal cuidada con algas negras por toda ella. La comida también dejaba mucho que desear. Muy repetitivo y salvo excepciones bastante regular. Respecto a la gestión del covid, había gel y guantes por todas partes pero es cierto que en el comedor no se respetaban las distancia y con comida tipo buffet no lo veo muy seguro.

10 César Traveled solo September 2020 After spending a few wonderful days in this magnificent hotel I want to highlight the good treatment received by the hotel staff, which facilitates the enjoyment of holiday. Maru, the entertainer, is worthy of admiration, her devotion to her work and the good vibes she transmits is contagious. Ramón, the lifeguard, always cordial and kind, besides being the "King of the cockroach dance", hehe. The bar waiters Jesi, Ana or Dani, for example, always very willing and helpful, as well as the dining room staff, including the assistant manager and director of the hotel. Spacious bedrooms with only one drawback, the difficulty to open the sliding door of the terrace, and that I am strong. Who knows what the future holds given the circumstances but if I can afford to return next year, I would be delighted!!!!

Tras pasar unos días maravillosos en este magnífico hotel quiero destacar el buen trato recibido por el personal del hotel, lo que facilita el disfrute de vacacional. Lo de Maru, la animadora, es digno de admiración, la devoción por su trabajo y el buen rollo que transmite se contagia. Ramón, el socorrista, siempre cordial y amable además de ser el "Rey del baile de la cucaracha", jeje. Los camareros del bar Jesi, Ana o Dani, por ejemplo, siempre muy dispuestos y serviciales, de igual forma que el personal del comedor, pasando por el subdirector y director del hotel. Habitaciones amplias con una sola pega, la dificultad para abrir la puerta corredera de la terraza, y eso que yo estoy fuerte. A saber que nos deparará el futuro dadas las circunstancias pero si puedo permitirme volver el año que viene, estaría encantado!!!

9.7 Álvaro Madrid Travelled with couple September 2020 Very large buffet with iron on demand. The workers are charming, both cleaners and waiters. The bedrooms are quite large, overlooking the sea and the beds are super comfortable and clean. The car park is quite good and not expensive for the area where it is (10 € per day). A 5 minute walk from the beach and fully accessible.

Buffet muy amplio con plancha a demanda. Los trabajadores son encantadores, tanto limpiadoras como camareros. Las habitaciones son bastante grandes, con vistas al mar y las camas súper cómodas y limpias. El Parking está bastante bien y no es nada caro para la zona en la que está (10€ día). A 5 minutos de la playa andando y totalmente accesible.

Restriction of schedules and products in the all-inclusive. Few drinks and few snacks to choose from in the all-inclusive. The rest has price reduction but still too restrictive, as well as with schedules.
