 8 Paula Travelled with family March 2022 We were alone in the SPA with another person and it was what we enjoyed the most, very complete and modern. The exteriors are very well conditioned, the garden is very cool and the park area and swimming pools are very pleasant. The buffet food was of a good standard. Despite being low season there was a show on Saturday. From the room there were beautiful views of the mountains and the sea.
Estuvimos solos en el SPA con otra persona más y fue lo que más disfrutamos muy completo y moderno. Los exteriores están muy bien acondicionados, el jardín muy chulo y la zona del parque y piscinas muy agradables. La comida del buffet era de buena calidad. A pesar de ser temporada baja hubo un espectáculo el sábado. Desde la habitación había bonitas vistas a lal montaña y lateral al mar
The interior of the room did not correspond to the exterior, as if only part of it had been renovated, but the size and the services were correct. The person at the reception who checked us in was a bit curt when I asked if the room had double bed, telling me that if I had not requested it before I would not see availability. There was show cooking at the buffet, but since the person in charge had to be in the kitchen too, you had to keep an eye on it. Some details in the maintenance of the facilities could be improved (for example, one of the days in the bathroom, hot water did not come out in the shower if you did not open the faucet in the sink)
El interior de la habitación no correspondía con los exteriores, como si se hubiera reformado solo una parte, pero el tamaño y los servicios eran correctos.La persona de recepción que nos hizo el check in fue un poco seca cuando le pregunté si la habitación tenía cama matrimonial, indicándome que si no lo había pedido antes no iba a ver disponibilidad. Había cocina en vivo en el buffet, pero como la persona que se ocupaba tenía que estar también dentro de la cocina, había que estar pendiente. Algunos detalles en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones se podrían mejorar (por ejemplo uno de los días en el baño, no salia agua caliente en la ducha si no abrías el grifo del lavabo)
