The 4-star Hotel Alay (Adults Recommended) is located in the town of Benalmádena, one of the towns on the Costa del Sol. It consists of two buildings within the same complex. It features a 24-hour front desk, restaurant service, Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, and a bar.

The rooms are spacious and modern, and all feature a TV, a safe, Wi-Fi, and a fully-equipped bathroom with a shower or bathtub and a hair dryer.

The hotel is a bit dated and could benefit from some updates, the rooms are adequate but more 3* rather than 4* standard, room ventilation was poor.

Creo que no es un hotel de 4 estrellas, sería como un 3 estrellas y un poco justo,.la verdad que no creo que vuelva. La habitación muy bien, el baño necesita una reforma urgente, es bañera y complicado para entrar. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. El primer día solo la cama y no cambiaron las toallas. El resto de días el baño no lo hacían, lo comentamos en recepción ya que quemenos por higiene pero nada. La comida muy regular y floja, no de un hotel de 4 estrellas una decepción. Muchas veces no había nada, porque solo habia una persona para reponer. La balletas con la que limpiaban las mesas olía muy mal, no la aclaraban y olía a pies. La piscina es muy pequeña y falta que la limpien aunque el agua estaba limpia. La otra piscina es muy chula pero el agua solo llega por la cintura o menos. Un poco decepción. Lo mejor el personal sin dudarlo
