6.3 Aitana Travelled with couple December 2016 Diseño de la habitación muy atractivo con salida directa a terraza con piscina. La recepción es preciosa con sillones y chimeneas. La bienvenida fue muy agradable con detalle de consumición de vino Porto. En nuestra opinión el hotel no se corresponde con un 5 estrellas: el spa se reducía a una piscina interior y un jacuzzi, ya que la sauna no funcionaba bien y el baño turco estaba averiado. La piscina, por supuesto, no contaba con ningún tipo de accesorio propio de spa como cuellos de cisne. En lo que respecta a la comida, la carta del restaurante se reducia a un menú muy básico por 20 euros/comensal sin incluir bebidas y fuere de este sólo se podían tomar otros platos en habitación con la consiguiente tasa de 7,50 euros adicional por el servicio de habitaciones. Carta igualmente muy reducida basada en hamburguesas, sándwiches y pasta. Por si esto no fuese suficiente,solicitamos la cena en la habitación y se retrasaron en la entrega 15 min sin avisar y cuando llegaron se habían olvidado de la mitad de la cena. Espero que lo volváis a ofertar,porque lo he recomendado a todos mis conocidos y yo mismo estoy deseando volver a ese maravilloso lugar.Un verdadero acierto. Las piscinas son estupendas Dejadez en las instalaciones: no funcionaban ni la sauna, ni el chorro de masaje de la piscina, ni dos máquinas del gimnasio La limpieza en la habitación dejaba un poco que desear. El día de salida el hotel no avisó de que la policía cortaba la salida del hotel durante 2 horas por la celebración de un rallye. Inaceptable
