Nos hemos alojado 4 noches en agosto mi familia y yo y la verdad que la estancia ha sido maravillosa,sobretodo el trato del personal del hotel que ha sido de 10,habitaciones limpias y la comida a la carta del restaurante muy buena, sumando a todo esto sus vistas a la montaña.

Por mencionar algo a mejorar seria el escaso gimnasio que tiene con 3 aparatos solo, si tuviera algo mas de disponibilidad de máquinas seria excelente pero de todas formas no es algo que varie mi opinión sobre el conjunto del hotel.

Hotel bien situado. Habitaciones amplias y limpias. Comida de calidad pero poca variedad. Piscina climatizada en exterior con ambiente y vistas unicas.

La comida estaba buena pero con PC se repetía el mismo menú en comida y cena; además durante la semana había platos repetidos.El desayuno escaso en cuanto a variedad. El miniclub es mas bien simbólico; la monitora muy amable pero no se organizan eventos para los niños como es habitual en hoteles con niños; digamos que es propio para que bajen mientras te echas la siesta un rato. Algunos camareros como Joao y el encargado de polo blanco en cuanto se estresan pierden cualquier tipo de amabilidad y ya ponen caras raras si les pides algo.

El personal muy profesional y atento, también con los niños. Ambiente muy familiar y con perros que en ningún momento molestaron. Un lujo poder desayunar en la terraza del jardín. La comida elaborada y variada, con opciones para peques. El entorno y la piscina perfecto para desconectar. El spa es modesto pero cumple su función y con vistas. Muy bien comunicado y parking gratuito cerca de cualquiera de los dos edificios. Muy buena opción para ir en familia.

Habitaciones calurosas en verano. Otros huéspedes no respetaron los turnos reservados para comidas/cenas y casi no tuvimos opciones de postres cuando llegamos a nuestro turno. La pista de pádel necesita una renovación urgente. La mesa de billar en la zona común es de pago, cuando en otros hoteles de la cadena es gratuito. Sonido constante de circulación de coches. Cuidado con las mesas de palés de la terraza, alguna tiene avispero oculto (nos picaron)
