Contratamos el paquete del hotel de 5 estrellas y 4 días antes de iniciar el viaje nos comunicaron que no tenían habitaciones en el 5 estrellas y nos cambiaron 4 de las 7 noches contratadas a uno de 4 estrellas compensadonos con media pensión (no tuvimos otra opción que aceptar o anular el viaje). Para nuestra sorpresa la media pensión de ambos hoteles era de baja calidad, incluso la del hotel de 5 estrellas era peor que la del 4. De hecho hubo algún día que ni la utilizamos. Precio de bebidas abusivo. Falta de formalidad y profesionalidad por parte del touroperador
