La primera noche les pedi si nos podias preparar arroz bullit y no tuvieron inconveniente

La habitacion era muy humilde, hasta aquí no teniamos inconveniente. Pero hacia mucho frio, pedimos que subieran la calefacción (la tenían al minimo) y nos la subieron un poco a regañadientes. Pedimos 4 mantas extras del frio que pasamos la primera noche. Tema limpieza: nos encontramos un pelo pubico en el baño y varios pelos en las mantas, y no quisimos poner la ropa en el.armario porque parecia que se caia a trozos. Al dia siguiente pedimos unas toallas extras, ya que las del dia anterior no de habian secado y estaban mojadas, y nos contestaron de muy malas manera diciendo que aqui la limpieza no se hacia cada dia y que no estaba previsto que usaramos mas toallas, pero conseguimos que nos las dieran. El penúltimo dia nos dijeron que podíamos hacer el check-out hasta las 11h, però a las 10:45 nos dijeron q si no bajabamos nos cobraran de mas. El alojamiento en general fue una muy mala experiència, sobretodo por el frio y la mala actitud de las personas que lo llevaban.
