Limpieza y localización. Muy cerca de estaciones de metro a 12 min del centro. La redtauración maravillosa. Oporto muy bonito
Hubo varios equipos de fútbol de niños y adolescentes molestando por la habitaciones, golpeando las puertas, manchando y tirando comida por los pasillos de las habitaciones, gritos y faltas de respeto, el personal del hotel no hizo nada al respecto. Inseguridad en los alrededores del hotel, nos robaron en el coche rompiendo la ventanilla trasera objetos personales. El hotel llamó a la policía pero nada más, no nos ayudaron a traducir el idioma, ni preguntaron si necesitábamos algo. Muy mala experiencia
