The Hotel HF Fenix Music3* is a magnificent themed hotel in the center of Lisbon, right next to the Eduardo VIII Park and Marques de Pombal Square. It is a hotel that celebrates music, a real stimulus for all the senses and a journey through the universe of music from the moment of arrival.

Las habitaciones son amplias, el personal es atento y la ubicacion es buena, muy cerca al metro.
Los colchones son muy incómodos, la limpieza podría mejorar ya que dejaron un tramo sucio encima de una camiseta y quedó oliendo muy mal. El chollo nos incluía una actividad en barco por el río, el servicio malisimo, dan la preferencia a los tours asi que por mas que llegues temprano no te dejan subir hasta el final con lo cual nos quedamos sin asientos, el servicio del tranvía también es pésimo, pasa cada media hora y sólo pueden subir 16 personas aprox, con lo cual hicimos cola por mas de dos horas bajo el sol.

El hotel es perfecto, aunque parece que está un poco lejos del centro puedes ir en un paseo o incluso tienes el metro al lado para moverte. El paseo por el barco muy chulo, los elevadores también. La ciudad es preciosa, merece muchísimo la pena
La piscina al ser tan pequeña se llena en seguida y es agobiante. Y uno de los boucher que nos dio el hotel para el yellow boat y para los elevadores y tranvía estaban ya usados. Por lo que al tranvía 28 no pudimos subir. La chica que me los canjeó me dijo que con ese hotel siempre les pasa porque reutilizan los códigos…

My friend and I traveled, we loved the hotel, which for being a 3-star is very good, very central, clean, the room decoration with a very cool musical theme. The staff in general is very good, highlighting Rubén from the dining room reception, who makes you feel at home, he is charming. The activities were great, the boat ride, the elevators, the tram ticket. We have already recommended it to family and friends.

The cleaning service is top-notch: efficient, friendly, and always with a smile —although I don't remember the name of the girl, she left me with a very good impression. Para ser un hotel de 3 estrellas, supera con creces las expectativas: moderno, original, bonito y con una atmósfera muy cuidada en cada detalle. Las habitaciones están impecables, decoradas con estilo, y cuentan con comodidades muy prácticas como una pequeña nevera y una tetera, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. El servicio de limpieza es de diez: eficiente, amable y siempre con una sonrisa —aunque no recuerdo el nombre de la chica, me dejó una impresión muy buena. El desayuno buffet es otro de los puntos fuertes: todo estaba fresco, delicioso y con muchísima variedad. Desde el primer momento, Rubén te recibe con una sonrisa y una energía contagiosa que alegra el día. También quiero destacar la atención de Miguel y Nelito, siempre atentos y con muy buena disposición para ayudarte con cualquier cosa. Gracias a ellos, las mañanas comenzaban de la mejor manera posible. Por otro lado, Ismael nos ofreció excelentes recomendaciones con mucha amabilidad, y Luis, en la terraza y la piscina, hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable con su trato atento y profesional. "We booked an experience that included a hop-on hop-off cruise on the Tagus River, access to several elevators (Santa Justa, Bica, Lavra, and Glória), and a 24-hour tram ticket. What seemed like a comfortable and comprehensive activity ended up being a huge waste of time and a frustrating experience. The first boat was scheduled to depart at 11:00h, but we didn't make it on time. Nonetheless, we approached the Travel Norte kiosk twice to confirm the schedules and ask for explanations. They assured us that we could take the next boat without any problem. So, we went to the 14:00h. boarding, queued for almost two hours under the scorching sun... and upon reaching the boat gate, we were told that our QR code had already been used by someone else. Impossible, we had just arrived in Lisbon the day before. The person in charge of access was not friendly at all and simply said, "write to the company." I had to make an international call to the hotel (which does not manage this activity, only offers it), and they contacted the company. Finally, Travel Norte sent me a new code via WhatsApp, but with one thing and another, we had already wasted more than three hours doing nothing. On top of that, the famous 24-hour tram ticket... completely useless. With the massive tourism, boarding the tram is a mission impossible. After all the chaos of the cruise, there was no longer any desire to keep trying. To make matters worse, the cruise itself is nothing special: you get on board, take a basic tour of the Tagus River, pass under the bridge, and they drop you off in Belém, which is next to the city center and can be easily visited on your own. There are no great explanations or added value. Important recommendation: if you decide to do it (although I do not recommend it), redeem the code as late as possible to truly make the most of the 24 hours. In summary: Travel Norte leaves a lot to be desired. Poor organization, no customer service, zero apologies, and a service that is not worth the cost. Lisbon has many other ways to enjoy it without the need to waste time and money on poorly managed activities like this. With this company, I certainly wouldn't repeat anything."
Contratamos una experiencia que incluía un crucero hop-on hop-off por el Tajo, acceso a varios elevadores (Santa Justa, Bica, Lavra y Glória) y un billete de tranvía de 24 horas. Lo que parecía una actividad cómoda y completa terminó siendo una gran pérdida de tiempo y una experiencia frustrante. El primer barco salía a las 11:00 h, pero no llegamos a tiempo. Aun así, nos acercamos dos veces al kiosco de Travel Norte para confirmar los horarios y pedir explicaciones. Nos aseguraron que podíamos coger el siguiente barco sin problema. Así que fuimos al embarque de las 14:00 h, hicimos cola durante casi dos horas bajo un sol muy fuerte… y al llegar a la puerta del barco, nos dicen que nuestro código QR ya había sido usado por otra persona. Imposible, acabábamos de llegar a Lisboa el dia de antes. La persona encargada del acceso no fue nada amable y simplemente nos dijo: “escríbele a la empresa”. Tuve que hacer una llamada internacional al hotel (que no gestiona esta actividad, solo la ofrece), y ellos se pusieron en contacto con la empresa. Finalmente, Travel Norte me mandó por WhatsApp un nuevo código, pero entre unas cosas y otras, ya habíamos perdido más de tres horas sin hacer nada. A todo esto, el famoso billete de tranvía de 24 horas… completamente inútil. Con el turismo masivo que hay, subir al tranvía es una misión imposible. Después de todo el caos del crucero, ya no quedaban ganas de seguir intentándolo. Por si fuera poco, el crucero en sí no tiene nada de especial: te subes, te dan una vuelta básica por el Tajo, pasas bajo el puente y te dejan en Belém, que está al lado del centro y se puede visitar perfectamente por tu cuenta. No hay grandes explicaciones, ni valor añadido. Recomendación importante: si decides hacerlo (aunque no lo recomiendo), canjea el código lo más tarde posible, para aprovechar realmente las 24 horas. En resumen: Travel Norte deja mucho que desear. Mala organización, nula atención al cliente, cero disculpas y un servicio que no vale lo que cuesta. Lisboa tiene muchísimas otras formas de disfrutarla sin necesidad de perder tiempo y dinero en este tipo de actividades mal gestionadas. Con esta empresa, desde luego, no repetiría nada.

9.7 Ramaceca Travelled with family July 2025 The room was fine, I was travelling with my 16 and 21-year-old daughters and they loved it. The pool is small, but it was nice to take a dip after a whole morning walking around Lisbon. The breakfast was perfect, there was everything. And the staff was very nice, they treated us very well at all times. We totally recommend it.

I would improve the lighting of the vanity, even though the room has lights everywhere, this area remains very dark as well as the bathroom mirror. You can't see yourself to put on makeup or get ready.
