Family hotel, small, comfortable, still with the essence of good customer service, very friendly staff, table service ... a luxury compared to more modern and larger hotels. Excellent breakfast, and varied lunch and dinner. Desserts, with homemade cakes varied and very rich. First floor, first line. Rooms overlooking the sea.
Hotel familiar, pequeño, confortable, aun con la esencia del buen trato al cliente, personal muy amable, servicio en mesa… un lujo comparado con hoteles mas modernos y grandes. Desayuno excelente, y comida y cena variada. Postres, con tartas caseras variadas y muy ricas. Primeridima 1 linea. Habitaciones bistas al mar
It is old, and needs some renovation. But it is very comfortable. The maintenance staff solves the problems.

The location is the best, in front of the beach. The beach is pebble, but 2' away is a sandy one.
The food. The cook very good, although we missed something for children, who also go, burgers, pasta, yogurts ....
Some super professional workers. The receptionists and the waiter with more experience, charming and professional.
La ubicación lo mejor, frente a la playa. Avisar es de piedrecitas, pero a 2' una de arena
La comida. La cocinera muy buena, aunque se echó en falta alguna cosa pensando en niños, que tb van, hamburguesas, pasta, yogures....
Algunos trabajadores super profesionales. Los recepcionistas y el camarero con más experiencia, encantadores y profesionales
Hotel simple, unpretentious, but with some things to improve easily solvable, I think:
- WIFI only in common areas, and two days it was down and not even that.
- The showers in the pool and the women's bathroom were not operational for a whole week.
- No refrigerator in the room. Although there is one in reception for the whole hotel.
- A whole day without air conditioning, breakdown or lack of foresight.
- Bad TV signal, many channels are not ok (TVE 1, for example).
- Very tasty food, but too traditional, the eggplant in all the daily dishes, can please or tire.
- With half an empty dining room they made us wait to eat, even though we were on our schedule, waiting for menu customers. Ugly detail
- Some 'classist and old' waiters, even though they are young, with blatant favoritism to better known customers. Ugly detail if the rest of the guests notice it.
- I know it is a 3 star Hotel, I have been in others, Hotel Rober Palas, in Albir last year and it was all incredible, nothing to see.
Hotel sencillo, sin pretensiones, pero con algunas cosas a mejorar de fácil solución, pienso:
- WIFI sólo en zonas comunes, y dos días se cayó y ni eso.
- Las duchas de la piscina y el baño de mujeres no operativas en toda una semana.
- No hay nevera en la habitación. Aunque sí una en recepción para todo el hotel.
- Todo un dia sin aire acondicionado, avería o falta de previsión
- Mala señal TV, muchos canales no se ven ok (TVE 1, sin ir más lejos).
- Muy rica comida, pero demasiado tradicional, la berenjena en todos los platos diarios, puede gustar o cansar.
- Con medio comedor vacío nos hicieron esperar para comer, aún estando en nuestro horario, esperando clientes de carta. Feo detalle
- Algunos camareros 'clasistas y antiguos', aún siendo jóvenes, con favoritismos descarados a clientes más conocidos. Feo detalle si el resto lo nota
- Sé que es un Hotel de 3 estrellas, he estado en otros, Hotel Rober Palas, en Albir el año pasado y fue todo increíble, nada que ver

The location, friendliness of the staff. Very good homemade food served at the table (menu with several options). Good service of very friendly waiters. It has a swimming pool with umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge.
La ubicación, amabilidad del personal. Comida casera muy buena servida en mesa (menú con varias opciones). Buen servicio de camareros muy amables. Tiene una piscina con sombrillas y tumbonas gratuitas.
It is an old hotel with old facilities. Poor accessibility for trolleys, carts and wheelchairs. The air conditioning only works during some hours of the day and at night.
There were no showers or toilets at the pool.
Es un hotel viejo con instalaciones antiguas. Mala accesibilidad para trolleys, carros y sillas de ruedas. El aire acondicionado sólo va algunas horas del día y por la noche.
No iban las duchas ni los aseos en la piscina.

The location in front of the beach, room with beach view, parking in front of the hotel and the price.
La ubicacion en primera linea de playa , habitacion con vistas a la playa , apacamiento delante del hotel y el precio.
The rooms need a good renovation, the beds are very old and small. the food was menu type, very little variety, there were three first courses and three second courses and little food, very poor and some dishes were not good.
There were no food dishes for children, food for adults.
las habitaciones necesitan una buena reforma, las camas muy viejas y pequeñas. la comida hera tipo menu, muy poca variedad, eran tres platos de primero y tres de segundo y poca comida , muy pobre y algunos platos no estaban buenos.
no habia platos de comida pensando en los ñiños, comida de adultos.

Swimming pool, location next to the beach, quality food but scarce in some dishes, the workers are very professional and the cleanliness that predominates throughout the Hotel.
Piscina, ubicación junto a la playa, comida de calidad pero escasa en algunos platos, los trabajadores son muy profesionales y la limpieza que predomina en todo el Hotel.
Small and separate beds, without the option of a double bed. Room not very cozy, TV ???? small. The area is quite boring with a couple of beach bars and little else.
Camas pequeñas y separadas, sin opción a cama de matrimonio. Habitacion poco acogedora, televisión ???? pequeña. La zona bastante aburrida con un par de chiringuitos y poco más.
