Excellent 5.1 ENRIQUE Travelled with family July 2026 The service at the restaurant (food and staff) was excellent — they even brought a cake for my 70th birthday, went out of their way to serve it and sang happy birthday to me. The attention to cleanliness is also noteworthy, considering how run-down the hotel was.

More serious, deeper maintenance is needed. We were a family of seven (five adults and two children) and for three of the four days we were without air conditioning... unheard of. For three days they kept laughing it off, saying they were working on it, and they only brought a fan to slightly ease the heat. A three-star hotel with no minibar, no coffee service from 4pm to 8pm, no children’s entertainment... frankly, a stay to forget with no compensation whatsoever. I would never return to that hotel.

The hotel,excellent nice quiet location within walking distance of public transport rail and bus. ( I have mobility issues) accommodation high standard but for me the bath was an issue (no grab bars)room spaciousand airy.Staff very helpful excellent service. Meals well presented, excellent in variety .Public rooms clean and tidy particularly enjoyed the library.Public areas loved the tranquility and coolness of the lawns and the 2nd swimming pool. I would stay again.I have recommended this hotel to my friends
