Everything, the room they gave us did not even correspond to a hostel room. Nothing to do with a 5 star hotel, the room looked abandoned, deteriorated furniture, dirty walls, old sheets and towels, yellow pillows, the smell of the room was a mixture of damp and stale. The hotel pools were not comfortable either, they covered a lot and no lifeguard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, we had to wait for a change of hotel for the weekend. After paying the difference we were offered a superior hotel. We have the feeling of having wasted two days of our holiday in a terrible hotel. I feel that Buscaundeal should have given us a solution before and should have taken care of the costs. It was the first time I made a booking through this site and I will not do so on other occasions. Since the experience was not a good one.

Nada que ver con un hotel de 5 estrellas, la habitación parecía abandonada, muebles deteriorados, paredes sucias, sábanas y toallas pasadas, almohadas amarillas, el olor de la habitación mezcla entre húmedo y rancio. Las piscinas del hotel tampoco eran cómodas, cubrían mucho y sin socorrista. No le recomendaría a nadie este hotel, nosotros tuvimos que esperar para el cambio de hotel que pasara el fin de semana. Después abonando nosotros la diferencia nos ofrecieron un hotel superior. Tenemos la sensación de haber perdido dos días de nuestras vacaciones en un hotel penoso.
