10 Guillermo Jose Travelled with family September 2021 I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, its facilities, but especially the staff, who do not hesitate to seek a solution to a problem or request that you propose. Especially the latter makes you feel at home.

Me ha sorprendido gratamente este hotel, sus instalaciones, pero sobretodo el personal, que no dudan en buscar una solución a un problema o peticion que les propongas. Sobretodo esto último hace que te encuentres como en casa

The elevators were broken when we were leaving and the hotel staff once again took our bags and was very nice to my children and took us to other service elevators.

Todo el personal de hotel es fantástico, limpieza, restauración, animación, etc. la ubicación es estupenda, metido casi en la playa, la mejor de la zona. Habitación muy completa y camas cómodas. El baño, grande, estupendo. Además, el compromiso con el medio ambiente se aprecia en muchos detalles (el sistema de gel y jabon me parece genial, ¡hasta acondicionador!). La opción TODO INCLUIDO muy buena. En mi opinión, un 4* mejor que algunos 5* que he conocido.
