The Ohtels La Hacienda is in the immediate vicinity of the center of La Pineda, 150 meters from the beach. This modern complex offers a spa, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis and paddle tennis courts and a soccer field.

It is less than 3 km from the Aquopolis water park and the Port Aventura theme park. The city of Tarragona, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is also nearby.

The hotel has several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a refreshing drink ;)

The spa includes a sauna, Turkish bath and whirlpool bath, for an extra charge. Towel rental is available at the spa. The establishment also offers a gym, an indoor pool, massage services and other treatments (for a fee).

That the customers put the towels before lunch to keep the hammocks of the swimming pool. Then those who go to the normal time do not have obvious to hammocks. I recommend to keep an eye on it. The rest is excellent, congratulations for your management and control of the hotel.

The management on the COVID, very bad, gels were missing in many areas of the hotel. At the exit of the elevator to access the bedrooms nothing or a gel trot to disinfect hands, once in the room the same. The cleanliness left much to be desired (rather fair) the first night I left the paper cover of a toothpick on the desk and went out and it was still there. The theme of the food, dinners, a shame, of all the hotels I've been this was the worst and by far, bad bad and greedy (so no customers are won). In this case the cheapness of the stay has made it expensive...... I will never come back. There are in search of a deal hotels much better, as the Estival ... both La Pineda and Cambrils.
La gestión sobre el COVID, muy mala , faltaban geles por bastantes zonas del hotel A la salida del ancensor para acceder a las habitaciones nada ni un trote gel para poder desinfectar las manos, una vez en la habitación lo mismo . La limpieza , dejaba mucho que desear( más bien justa) la primera noche deje la funda de papel de un palillo en el escritorio y salí y aún estaba allí El tema de la comida , las cenas , una vergüenza, de todos los hoteles que estado este a sido el peor y con diferencia, mala mala y con avaricia( así no se ganan clientes) En este caso lo barato que a sido la estancia la han echo cara...... no volveré jamás Hay en busca un chollo hoteles mucho mejor , como los Estival... tanto el de La Pineda como el de Cambrils

 9 Maria Jose Travelled with family July 2020 Large room with two large beds. Comfortable hammocks and disinfection every time someone left. Checking in early when we arrived. The lifeguard during the week was super hard working and very attentive to everything. Dining staff super attentive and friendly and sympathetic. Detail of fruit and chocolates on the second day.
La habitacion grande con dos camas grandes. Hamacas comodas y desinfeccion cada vez que se iba alguien. Checking antes de la hora cuando llegamos. El socorrista entre semana supertrabajador estaba superatento a todo. Personal de comedor superatentos y amables y simpaticos. Detalle de fruta y bombones el segundo dia.
Children's entertainment (12 years) fatal, non-existent. Night entertainment only for very young children...and quite pitiful...a good professional show, pitiful rest with the entertainers...not up to the range...there is no excuse if there are cuts by covi...there are many show professionals who need to work.
Animacion infantil (12 años)fatal, inexistente. Animacion nocturna solo niños muy pequeños...y bastante penosa ...un espectaculo profesional bueno resto penoso com los animadores... no a la altura de la categoria...no hay excusa si hay recortes por covi...hay muchos profesionales del espectaculo que necesitan trabajar.

 5 Jesus Travelled with  friends July 2020 The hotel in general is fine and the location. The staff was pleasant but overworked. The quality of the food is very fair for a 4 star superior.
El hotel en general esta bien y la ubicacion. El personal agradable pero desbordados de trabajo. La calidad de la comida muy justa para tener 4 estrellas superior.
Lack of staff, especially in the dining room. Long waiting lines to finally have breakfast some days. Missing cups, bread, etc.... In that aspect, a disaster.
Falta de personal sobretodo en el comedor. Largas colas de espera para finalmente algun dia ni desayunar. Faltaban tazas, pan, etc... En ese aspecto, un desastre
