The spectacular Gran Hotel Bali 4* is the highest hotel in Spain and one of the highest in Europe: an experience not to be missed ;-)

Did you know that its tallest building is 186m high? Imagine the views! To access its 43 floors, the complex has 18 elevators and two of them are panoramic. Tower 1 has 19 floors, which is also amazing!

You can stay in either of the two buildings since the facilities and main areas are shared. But its architecture is not the only impressive thing about the hotel: you can enjoy its restaurants; its buffet with showcooking (live cooking) that you will love!

7.1 C.A.G Travelled with couple May 2025 It is a nice hotel with very good facilities, it is true that it needs maintenance in some areas and in the room we had the same. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Another highlight is that the bus stop is in front, to all destinations. Shopping areas around.

Es un hotel bonito y con muy buenas instalaciones, cierto es que necesita en algunas zonas, mantenimiento y en la habitación que nos tocó igual. Las habitaciones son amplias y la cama cómoda. Otro punto a destacar que la parada de bus está en frente, a todos los destinos. Zonas comerciales alrededor.

The location is 40 min walk from the center of Benidorm, (although it is a nice walk along the beach). I would improve the breakfast, and it is not worth paying 15€ for the SkyBar, with the offer of 3€ for guests. I would not classify it as a 4 star hotel.

La ubicación, está a 40 min andando del centro de Benidorm, (aunque es un paseo agradable por la playa). Mejoraría el desayuno. Y no vale la pena pagar 15€ para el SkyBar, con la oferta de 3€ para alojados vale. No lo catalogaría como un 4 estrellas.

We spent more than 1 hour waiting in line for check in, there was only one person for all the people checking in at the same time, the dinner was very disappointing, they have two rooms and offer very little variety and taste... totally a hotel for tourists.

7.7 Virginia Travelled with couple May 2025 A glazed room, three-sided, wonderful. The swimming pools are superb.

Una habitación acristalada, a tres caras,maravillosa. Las piscinas ,super bien.

The buffet...breakfast: machine coffees, not worth much, toasters, only one was going, the other was off....una colaaaaa...and to toast the bread you have to put the slice between 6 and 20 times to take color .... microwave: only two, so also cola, because they have milk and decaffeinated coffee sachets. As a good Spaniard I missed the churros and a good chocolate (not from a machine). The check in ...50 minutes queue.

El buffet...del desayuno: cafés de maquina,no valen gran cosa ,las tostadoras ,solo iba una ,la otra la tenian apagada....una colaaaaa...y para tostar el pan has de poner la rebanada entre 6 y 20 veces para que coja color... microondas : solo dos, con lo cual también cola, porque tienen leche y sobres de café descafeinado. Como buena española me faltaron los churros y un buen chocolate ( de maquina no). El check in ...50 minutos de cola.

8.3 Nuria Travelled with couple May 2025 Very large room with bathroom and shower. Very comfortable beds. With good views in height. We were on the 17th floor. The Sky Bar is on the 43rd floor and is worth going up and having a drink. The 3 large pools with plenty of sunbeds. Good place to relax for a few days. There are day and night activities. For children and adults. If you want the beach, it is about 8-10 m walking distance.

La habitación muy grande con baño y ducha. Las camas muy cómodas. Con buenas vistas en altura. Estábamos en el piso 17. El Sky Bar está en el piso 43 y merece la pena subir y tomarse algo. Las 3 piscinas grandes y con muchas hamacas. Buen sitio para descansar unos días. Hay actividades de dia y noche. Para niños y adultos. Si quieres playa, te queda a unos 8-10 m andando.

The check in should have been faster. It took us an hour to check in and get the room key. The food was varied but of poor quality.

Too dirty, beer glasses left abandoned in the children's playrooms. The worst thing to hear comments from a pool bar worker dubbing customers as guiris or sudacas, a real shame.

The rooms should be soundproofed, impossible to sleep with the screaming of drunken foreigners on the terrace. At the reception they do not inform you about the services of the hotel, we could not enjoy its facilities (spa, panoramic bar etc...).

Las habitaciones deberían estar insonorizadas, imposible dormir con el griterío de los extranjeros borrachos en la terraza. En recepción no te informan sobre los servicios del hotel, no pudimos disfrutar de sus instalaciones ( spa, bar panorámico etc...).
