Los trabajadores del hotel eran muy agradables y dispuestos
I didn't like the hotel food too much because it was unhealthy. At all meals there were chips, croquettes, a dessert section,... But instead you only found a small section of raw vegetables, and the vegetable of the day that used to be peas or cabbage.
La comida del hotel no me ha gustado demasiado porque era poco sana. En todas las comidas había patatas fritas, croquetas, una sección de postres,... Pero en cambio solo encontrabas una pequeña sección de verduras crudas, y la verdura del día que solía ser guisantes o coles.

El personal ha sido muy amable y ha estado siempre a disposición de todo lo que hemos necesitado.
The hotel beds, besides being uncomfortable, were about to break or so it seemed as soon as you sat or lay on them. The bathroom did not have a good smell. The pool was shaded most of the time of the day. Meal times are adapted to foreigners, since dinner was at 6:30 p.m. and lunch at 1:00 p.m. The food was not good, but it is expected with an all-inclusive price. In addition, we had some lights out in the hotel and we were cold at night since we did not have more bedding than the sheet and a thin summer bedspread and the heating did not work.
Las camas del hotel, además de ser incómodas, estaban a punto de romperse o eso parecía en cuanto te sentabas o tumbabas en ellas. El baño no tenía un buen olor. A la piscina le daba la sombra la mayoría del tiempo del día. Los horarios de las comidas son adaptados a los extranjeros, ya que la cena era a las 18.30hs. y la comida a las 13hs. La comida no era buena, pero es lo esperado con un precio así de todo incluído. Además teníamos algunas luces fundidas en el hotel y pasamos frío por las noches ya que no disponíamos de más ropa de cama que la sábana y una colcha fina veraniega y no funcionaba la calefacción.

La cama era cómoda (lo único que se salvaba de la habitación)
The room did not correspond to the one seen in the photos. Furniture from 20 years ago. The all-inclusive is relative, since alcoholic beverages are only house brands of dubious quality. I notified before my arrival that I was celiac, to which they replied that it was no problem. However, on the third day of my stay there was no bread or gluten-free muffins left... Although I must say that the attention of the lady in charge of the restaurant was exquisite at all times (although she had to apologize in several situations).
La habitación no correspondía con la que se ven en las fotos. Mobiliario de hace 20 años. El todo incluido es relativo, ya que las bebidas alcohólicas son sólo marcas de la casa de dudosa calidad. Avisé antes de mi llegada que era celíaco, a lo que me contestaron que sin problema. Sin embargo, al tercer día de mi hospedaje ya no quedaban pan, ni magdalenas sin gluten.... Aunque debo decir que la atención de la señora responsable del restaurante fue exquisita en todo momento (aunque le tocó disculparse en varias situaciones).
