Tuvimos un problema con la Reserva y permanecimos largo rato de pie en recepción. La reserva no aparecía y no tenían habiatacion para nosotros. Muy desconformes con busco un chollo por su mala gestión, no volveremos a reservar en estas condiciones. Por otro lado nos dijeron q en la anterior reserva, ya q la Modificamos, disponíamos de spa y no lo pudimos disfrutar ya que estaba cerrado y no nos habían avisado. Un caos total. No se puede viajar en estas condiciones.
