5.2 Nicolás Travelled with friends February 2023 the location is good.

la ubicación es buena.

It doesn't have a car park, and you can't get close to the hotel by car, and no one warns you that it happens like this, so we were going around to get there, this being impossible. The gym is ridiculous, and the spa is not attended by anyone, and the jets do not work, it has not been a good experience. As for breakfast, it is attended by a single waiter, who takes care of everything, and cannot serve and take out the products, although his intention is very good.

9.7 Antonio Travelled with couple February 2023 Hotel in the center of the city, unbeatable location. Real 4 star room...

There was a problem with the ACS that could not be solved that day. It came out in a rusty colour.

9.3 Rubén Travelled with couple February 2023 The hotel is very nice and right in the center of Porto. The room where you have breakfast is beautiful, with lots of lighting and the workers are charming. Finally, say that the terrace has unmissable views of several important buildings in the life of Porto.

The only thing I didn't like is that the room itself had a door that led to another room and even when it was closed you could hear that there were people. Other than that, this hotel is highly recommended.

9.3 Ana Mary Travelled with couple January 2023 Friendliness of the staff, attention in all cases, disposition. Cleaning, troubleshooting. Great young team with interest and enthusiasm in their work

Good breakfast buffet but repetitive, I also didn't like that the breakfast manager is looking all the time every time you get up for something (I'm not referring to waiting for replenishment). And the other drawback that all the jets did not work in the spa, nor the Turkish bath and that there was no one at the entrance to explain where you are going, nor to attend to you. Few lockers to store things
