The only reason I lowered the score a bit is because we were travelling with a puppy, and since she couldn’t be in the indoor pool area - even though we had her in a pram - we had to leave her upstairs. The whole idea of going to a pet-friendly hotel was because she can’t be left alone, being so little. I’d suggest as an improvement that there’s an enclosed area inside the pool area where pets can stay, or that they allow them if they’re in a pram and don’t go on the floor. Also, by car it's about 20 minutes from the centre, but car park there is quite difficult unless you use a car park, so if you’re not driving it can be a bit tricky. Other than that, everything was great.
