Quiero felicitar y agradecer al responsable de cocina y a los camareros Víctor y el chico italiano que atiende las mesas por su atención . Por estas tres personas no metí denuncia ... salgo decepcionada con el hotel y servicio. Pero felicito y me gustó mucho el trato recibido por estas tres personas .
No entienden el problema que tienen las personas celiavas . Soy celiaca y de 4 días 2 envenenada porque tanto el cocinero como los demás cocineros no saben qué hacer y no siguieron las instrucciones del encargado . Recepcionista muy mal . El trato fue malo y las indicaciones malas . Nos querían quitar servicios contratados. Me tuve que poner sería para que nos dieran los servicios contratados .

4 estrellas buff en sus días. Hacia frío en la habitación y nada para regularlo con un niño de meses no me gustó. Eran dos noxes y bueno con mantas lo solucione pero un 4 estrellas debería tener ese servicio minimo.eso si no me queje por educación
